The only rule: post only what you have done today. Not yesterday or last month. Only today.


ps- for those who are shy. Don't compete with others. Compete with yourself. Do not be discouraged by others' success. Learn from them instead, and continue forward on your own path.

PS. @Kaoori. When I was drawing this, I saw you snuggled up with your bf/mate/idk inforest. xD I ran up to you and started jumping around and being dumb, but you probably just thought I was some random idiot. (Inforest Teaflower is a minideer with kirin pelt and poppies in her antlers)

Sketch of the very first



Sketch of the very first 'sona I ever had, before I even discovered TEF - Ricochet. Started out as a Red Fox, only to recently be changed to a Fennec Fox. I tried colouring her last night with her original colours, but...ugh, it looks like shit. Might just make her naturally coloured, although that would be a huge pain. I can't do colours very well.

Here's the craptastic coloured version. Debating changing the eye colour too. Ugh.

Lung: Looking good. ^^ I'm not sure if you were looking for comments about her coloration, but there are some red fox variants that look a lot like your Ricochet, if you're looking to modify her markings a bit instead of making her into your everyday fennec. If you don't mind the fact that there are some fox pelts in these searches, you may want to consider looking up platinum foxes, arctic marble foxes, and maybe even white mark silver foxes. Some of them are just gorgeous.

Ah, I found a colouring

Ah, I found a colouring reference a long time ago, along with some actual photos. I'm really fond of the Fire and Ice variety. Actually, when I first coloured her, she was a Platinum. I guess my biggest problem is that most of these colourations have layers of colour, which is something I'm unable to do. I work best with flat colours.

I'll have to look at those charts again though, and think of something. I honestly do really like the Fennec's natural colours, but I want to try and find a way to make her "unique" in a sense.
