Been quite awhile since I wandered around the forest. I've popped in and out of the game here and there. But this is my somewhat triumphant return to the community.
So. 3.4, lacks spelldata saving user-side? That's disappointing. Not only have I lost my saved spelldata with a dead harddrive mishap awhile back, but even the spelldata I was wearing has vanished server-side since this is the first time I'm playing the new version.
So, as a fellow long-time member of the forest...could anyone with an older version help me out getting back Oni's default set? I'd really appreciate it. His naked human-esque face freaks me out right now...
What he usually wears is the secretary pelt, candle antlers, and the skull mask.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help and it's nice to be back once again :3
EDIT: Meant to add this in but I realize it is probably impossible for me to get the skull mask now, the deer mask will do until I can obtain it though. If I went and got the older viewer though, could I get the skull back with spelldata then?

The Playground
More visitors? I thought those other fawns would be my last. Oh well, things don't always go the way that they are planned. Last time I told the tale of The Hollow Tree, so i'll be needing a new one. How bout The Playground? What? Your not familiar with what The Playground is? Why, it is the most fun place in the forest. Apparently, things called humans created it. I wonder if such things exist. Anyways, the thing they made was called a mine. There was golden stones in the mine, and they turned the stones into thousands of little circles. Those humans must have been squirrel brained to do that. I won't make this tale long, but perhaps I could learn your names first?
Over time, the mine grew old and dirty, leaving only big stones in its way. The humans went away to another forest to create a new mine. At the time of the humans discovery, all deer were scared. Not even the bravest of deer would walk out of it's home to nibble on some grass. Why do you ask about Pine, little one? He was not there at that time, for he was long gone. One day, the loud noise of huge monsters and rippling blades stopped. For once, silence and peace came to the forest again. All the deer ventured out in one big group to see if the humans were gone. Luckily, not a single human was in sight. Everyone rejoyced and ate every strip of grass they could. They plucked mushrooms off trees and drank the pure water of the pond and De Drinkplats. But three young deer were more interested in the mine then the humans fleeing. They went over to the mine to see nothing but huge stones in their way. They hopped around the area, leaping onto any rock in their path. They came back to the others telling them of the wonderous site.

The Hollow Tree
Hello, little fawns. I guess I have some vistitors tonight, and thats always a good thing. Now, im assuming you want a story. Which one tonight? A spooky one, a happy one, a sad one. Oh how can we ever choose? Hmm....... Ah yes! The tale of The Hollow Tree or however you would like to call it. That tale is probably the only Forest Folktale that is sutiable for fawns, though you may consider the story of De Drinkplats. Lets begin our tale and perhaps I can learn your names along the way.
Our tale begins here, in the Endless Forest, with a brave deer named Pine. Pine was a muscular deer and was respected among all others. What made him so brave and tough? Well, it is said that Pine was given some power from the Twin Gods. Ha! Believe that, a deer that is the only one that gets some power like that from the Twin Gods. The Twin Gods would never allow that, they like it to be fair. Anyways, this power was stronger then any other. With this power, no harm would come to him nor the forest. So many deer respected him for this, but he had something missing in his life. I see your eyes widen, little fawns. Is it true that such a deer would be missing something? It is true. He was missing half of his heart, the piece that would give him love and kindness.
Now, the Twin Gods never told him that, for they thought he would loose his faith in the forest and stop protecting it. Pine thought he had all his heart together, but you should not always think what you have not heard or seen. But eventually, the Twin Gods asked him over for a talk. They told him, and he erupted in anger. Pine quickly made it wear off, trying to look happy. The Twin Gods told him the only way to get the piece of the heart was to do a good deed for someone. Was protecting the forest not enough?

Akea woke up, her mother and father asleep across the den. She stood up and yawned, going outside. It was dawn, the sun turning everything gold. She saw her firiend, kota, with Starlight at his side. They both looked up at Akea as she strolled outside. Kota smiled, Starlight scowled. " Akea! Over here!" Kota called, standing up. Akea smiled and walked over to him. " Hello! Hi starlight." She said, looking over at starflight. Starflight's scowl deepend, and she said in a hard voice " Akea." Akea gave her an odd look and sat on the other side of Kota. Kota nuzzled Akea's side and pointed to the pond next to them. Akea smiled and jumped in, making a huge splash. Kota laughed and jumped in after her. Starlight looked at Akea in anger as water splashed on her. " YIP!" She screeched, jumping up. " Don't get water on me!" She said in a shrill voice. Kota gave her a look. " Are you ok?" He asked, tilting his head. Akea swam next to him, kicking out behind her. Frogs jumped out of the way as Kota jumped out of the water with Akea at his side, and sat down at the bank. Akea sneezed as a water droplet from a leaf above her hit her nose. " Is she always like this?" Akea wisperd to Kota. Kota shruged and wisperd back " I hope not." Akea droped the matter and looked at the screaming Starlight. " Then how did she get this way?" Akea thought as she watched Starlight jump away to her den, disapering from site. " Come on!" Kota yelled back at Akea, jumping in the pond. Akea giggled and jumped in after him, frogs jumping out of the way. All of the day Akea and Kota played, untill the sun went down. Akea and Kota went home, saying goodbye. With starlight watching everything that was happing.
