I, myself, do not have a tattoo; but I do want a few. Something I have set my heart on is getting one or some of these things:
Sun, Moon, Tree of Life, the saying 'Time waits for no one', and some sort of animal design.
There meanings to me;
Sun - Strength, power and life
Moon - Mystery, beauty, and magick
Tree of Life - life and mythology
Saying - it means so much to me <3
Animal - no reason o.o I like animals . . .
but I doubt I'd get all of these . . . just one or two

I don't have any tattoos and
But still I have thought what kind of tattoo I could take and I think I would take a little skunk. Skunk is my favorite animal and as a totem animal it teaches things I think I should learn and remember. Overall I would like to get a tattoo that really means something to me. And I never ever would take a portrait of somebody to my skin. No matter how well they would be made, I just find them really terrible choices as tattoos but that is just my opinion.
Roses has always been my
Roses has always been my favourite flowers, and they're always kind of been 'a symbol' of beauty for me.. and a little 'mischievous' with their thorns.
It actually is a cover tattoo, I had one smaller rose themed tat before it, which is now hidden beneath this one.

It's a little wonky and probably doesn't make sense to many, but I love it to bits. My own design which obviously is a bit amateur looking, I suck at these things...
But basicly there's 4 cogwheels.
For me they symbolize the way life continues with many different parts rolling each other onwards.
Also my love for Steampunk began on that year so yeah.
Second one:
Well, this one speaks for itself I think.
It has many meanings for me. The most important one being that it's from Depeche Mode's song 'Enjoy the Silence' (I prefer the Linkin Park's 2004 remix much more though)
That song represents many phases of my life, and how I view life overall. I prefer silent acts over unnecessary words.
I've wanted this one since I've been 15 or something. I adore it.
I don't have one yet, but
I definitely will get the kanji word for "Samurai" on the back of my neck.
I've always thought wings on the back would be awesome. If I could somehow get four wings it would be even better.
I was just thinking about a blackbuck antelope head with Quad's pictogram between the antlers on my arm.
I also always wanted a cybernetic arm, but I'd want it to be realistic, and a lot of the ones I've seen don't look so realistic, so it's an iffy...
Anyway, that's what I was thinking about XD
My tattoo has a funny story,
I have three tattoos, so far!
My first tattoo, done in 2010. Batman symbol. Bad picture, makes it look crooked. But promise its not!
My second tattoo, two feathers tied together with a clover on my right leg. Done in 2011.
Third tattoo, Harry Potter's glasses and tattoo on my right wrist. Done in 2012.

I want to get something done based around my throat scar from my thyroid cancer related surgery, I'm thinking perhaps a red string with the scar itself acting as part of the thread.
Alternatively, I'll get something written under it, though again I'm not sure what just yet, the ones I've considered being 'Dear You' 'Be Loved' or 'Beloved' or 'Off With'
I want to get one near my spinal surgery scar as well though again I'm not sure what yet and the shape of it makes it harder to work with than my throat one. I'm still thinking on it.
Definitely want one on my hip furthest from that scar, words again. Always words it seems.
Want a shoulder blade one too, again, gotta think.

After my job this summer I'll be getting this on my upper/inner left arm:
It's the quote "Not all those who wander are lost" in Tolkien Elvish (I believe this particular translation is Sindarin, someone correct me if I'm mistaken!). This quote holds very strong personal meaning for me and has for several years, especially now at this stage in my life. I've also been a massive Tolkien/Hobbit/LOTR fan since I read the series when I was six <3
Along with that I would love my ooc pictogram in brown ink if possible, though I'm not sure where. I'm thinking either behind my ear or side/upper thigh. Also considering some form of a seven-pointed star between my shoulders, but I'd like to think on that for a bit longer.

I have no tattoos right now, but I do plan to get an octopus on my right hand, simply because I love octopuses.

I have the flower from the cover of Nightwish's single Amaranth, because I am a fan of Nightwish. n_n'
And in the end of January this year I got my second tattoo, apple blossoms and a Blue Tit. :')
My next tattoo is probably going to be a small horse portrait, because when I was a kid I always said I was going to have a horse tattoo one day, and I still love horses as much as I did back then. n_n
