EDIT: I FIXED IT! Major thanks to some IT friends.

It turns out it isn't a container or compatibility issue, it's actually a permissions issue. The fix is simple, actually. Just need to run as administrator. It will ask you about it every time you run it from then on once you set it, but you will be able to take screenshots and they show up! No "compatibility files" button needed!

So, there are two ways to go about this. You could do it the super annoying way by right clicking and selecting "run as administrator" every time or...

~ Go into wherever your game is installed. ...Program Files (86)/Tale of Tales/The Endless Forest 3 is the default for 64-bit Windows 8 (which is what mine is).
~ Find ForestViewer.exe and right click then select properties.
~ Click on the compatibility tab (I know I said it wasn't a compatibility issue...technically it isn't) and at the very bottom there should be an unchecked box that says "Run this program as an administrator" under the Privilege section.
~ Check that box.
~ Hit apply.

This is about my fawn Zylix. She's friendly and hoppy and cuddly, so if you disapprove, do not approach. She only has one friend right now, and their character does not have a RP name ;3;
She's usually jumping about in the Pond, sleeping next to someone near the Pond, or just running around. It doesn't matter if you're new, or If you're one of the oldest members here, she will play with you anyways. She also is supposed to have a bell around her neck in Forum RP

I am perfectly willing to Roleplay, at any time I am on. I might get offline abruptly, usually because A)I hit the wrong button B) CRASH -thump-
Anyway, I will play as one of two characters; Zylix or Tavi.
Tavi is a little shy and fierce, kind of like a mongoose, for which he was named after (Rikki-Tikki-Tavi).
He currently has no friends right now. He wants them. Badly.
Tavi is supposed to have that tabby-like marking thing, with the brown and white and blue around the eyes? That one.
Zylix is generally varying, usually I save the starry night one, the Butterfly one, or the Secretary pelt. I also sometimes will save the red, white, and black mask.

Pond: Lazy people and people wanting families. And fawns. Everywhere.
Playground: Adults. Meh?

Giant Tree: Everyone. EVERYONE.
General area: Herds, dance parties, and lonely people.
Blue Bowl: Fawns ^^

Is this, for the most part, correct? ;n; I usually hang out with herds and whatever. I like groups.
And the question:
Anyone have a "herd" RolePlay ingame? o-o
If noes, then anyone want to start a stampede with me? I'm sure it would be a wonderful screenshot moment if everyone were running together, especially with the snow. :3 I would be hitting P rapidly. RAPIDLY I SAY.

hello is an event happening cuz i went to the bridge and a buntch of deer where dancing i joinned in then we went to the mushroom cricle then we went to the ruins and danced some more it was all lead by a deer with skull mask DOTD pelt and red flower antlers. okay now it got really weird we where at the DE drink plates then something fell out the sky then i heard lighting then i saw a gold fish in air what the!

So, since I have a logitech game controller I decided to see if it worked.

In short, yes it works.

Poor Tsuki doesn't have many friends, so sometimes he'll smell some of the flowers in the forest. Secretly hoping someone will come and say hello. He knows he seems intimidating and can be either clutsy or just awkward. So despite his friendly nature, he's quite shy. Maybe someday he'll meet a nice deer he can protect. Someday...

Rou woke to a cold wind that blew through her pelt. Shivering, she stood and looked out of the Hollow Oak. Snow fell from the sky and she immediately became excited. Snow! She thought blissfully, bounding around before she decided to rest near the Crying Idol, Farron's favorite place to hang out. She stayed there for a good while before she noticed he hadn't shown. She was soon exploring the forest with a new friend. She had fun with pelts and antlers and masks for a good while until Rou gave her new friend a cool brown pelt that made the deer look like an antalope. They rested at the Playgrounds a good while, curled together to keep warm, before Rou, feeling tired after the day, took her friend to her home in the Oak.
