Hello, there. ^_^

A quiet day

[=crimson]Hnn… It has been a long time since my silence has last broken. Perhaps months, if not at least half a year have gone by since anything of substance has occurred. Today has not proved to be much different from the rest within this year.

The morning had been spent, uprooting weeds from around the ruins. With how often these bloody hooves upturn and arrange the ruin grounds, it continues to be a surprise when outbreaks of weeds litter the sacred lands. Once the ground appeared respectable again, I chose to rest beside my dear Laghodessa’s grave. Toward high noon, a few unwelcome faces turned up.

I suppose they call it Murphy’s Law… I thought I’d never see those clowns again. Aves, Daiki… An unemotional scholar and a… well… whatever he is. Then there is that fawn… always teary eyed and hiding at the corner of my eyes. I hardly ever hear him actually speak, but the other clowns have mentioned his name. Orion.

Hnn… Orion was the one to speak for the three today.

He mentioned that a certain abomination…
Spill…
Has somehow returned from the land of death.

Hnn… The disgusting creature…
If I see him again, I will deal with him.

They dispersed after leaving their message, and I came out of rest. With a bow and a nuzzle, I left Laghodessa and began to walk for the lake.

Hnn… It seems that these old joints have not seen any action lately, and have grown stiff. I’ll need some exercise. It didn’t take long before a fawn began to bleat in my face. It took a toll on my patience to deal with it politely. Soon I chose a tree to rest beneath, and with the passing of a short time, I was joined by Ourania.
Ourania, it has been too long. It is good to see you again.

She left after a short while and I finished my walk to the lake and took a drink. I noticed a pain welling up in my ankles and walked thru the creek to the main body of the lake and sat there. That fawn continued to follow me everywhere.

Natali's Story Part 13

Natali opened her eyes and at first didn't know where she was. Then she remember about the running and ball of light. She found a small lake and some grass that didn't have any bugs or dirt and ate. She returned to the portal and lightly touched it with her hoof. Again everything around her became too white to look at and she shut her eyes. She opened them and she again was in the white room. She started running as fast as she could hoping this would take her to the forest. After running for several minutes she realized everything wasn't white anymore and she was in her familiar forest. She found Crucio by the lake passed out and she sat in his fur. Then finally went to sleep once again.

Natali's Story Part 12

Natali woke up on the Playground. She accidently slipped and fell to the floor safely. "I wonder if any of my friends are awake?" She listened hard but could her nothing. "Hmm maybe I should rest a bit in the Old Oak?" she thought. She set off there then she saw a flash of black. "Who's there...?" She said. Natali heard a screech then a loud thud. She turned around and there sat a huge black vulture. It had a carcass of a squirrel in it's beak. The vulture didn't seem to notice her as she was hidden from his view by a tree. She slowly tried to leave then it heard her. It flew over to her and tried to snatch her up with it's claws. She ducked quickly and ran away as fast as she could. Thankfully the vulture didn't catch up with her. But she was running so fast she didn't notice where she was going. Everything around her was white and there were no trees or anything alive execpt for her. But strangely enough there was a small white light shining in front of her. Curiousity drew her to stand next to it. Then she sniffed it and her small nose touched the white ball. Everything shook and then Natali shut her eyes because everything was just too bright...She opened them. But gasped as she looked into a small puddle beneath her. Her face! It was no longer all white but a light brown and she had a large nose. Her body was no longer the pretty white with black and red but all light brown with white spots. The forest she was in was not very peaceful. It was pitch black and the night sounds were frightening she even heard wolves in the distance. She wandered around and found that this forest was too big...it wasn't a circle it was just all flat then she headed back to the place where she first saw the forest. The familiar puddle gave her some comfort. The white ball of light was near a rock but Natali was too tired to figure out how to get to the forest and eventually run all the way back. So she just slept.

Hazzelias Memories-My Friendship

July/10/2011.
5 days have passed since I haven't see the black deer (nightfall pelt with red huge antlers). I wake up again feeling a wet thingy on my eye. I open my eyes and I see a rabbit. I wake up so fast that I scared that rabbit away, but then, a huge shadow appeared. It was another male deer. But his pelt looks different than the other deer around the Pond. His pelt was gray, but this was kind of freaky. He looked wounded with flesh injuries. His head was a skull. I got really scared, but he looked friendly, 'cause he started laughing. I was confused, then I mooed saying hi. He bowed, I guess he was saying hi too. Then we played for a while and he took me somewhere in the forest. There were other deer, two of them were wearing a skeleton set, other was wearing a gray pelt and blue antlers, and another one was like a real deer. I bowed saying hi. Another deer appeared, he was wearing a brown pelt (fan pelt) with white antlers, he smiled to me. I smiled back, then, all of a sudden, everyone was dancin'!! I began dancin' too, I was having so much fun that day, and it was better 'cause the blue fawn I played with (in the previous chapter) appeared!! It was the best day of my life, another deer appeared. It was red with antelope antlers. He was really funny, he went hopping all around us, and then danced. Then, everyone started laughin', I was very tired so I sitted, everyone did as well. A couple of minutes later, when I woke up, there was only the gray deer with skull head, the gray deer with blue antlers, and the other two black deer. Everyone except me and the gray pelt and skull headed deer, began disappearing. I was sad, but I was glad the gray deer stayed with me. I asked "What is your name?" He answered " Flyleaf, I'm Flyleaf, n' you?" "I'm Hazzelia" I answered. He stood up, so did I. He lead me to a really beautiful place, the Drinkplaats, when we entered, our pelts, antlers and masks disappeared.

Hazzelias Memories-My Life Begins

July/6/2011.
I woke up in a forest. Far as my eyes could see, there were running many other deer. After I stood, a friendly red deer came to see me. That deer mooed at me. I got scared, then that deer bowed, I bowed too saying hi. As I could understood, the deer wanted me to follow him/her. I guess it was a her, 'cause she had no antlers. So, then I followed her. She took me into some kind of Ruins, I stood still. She rubbed against a tree, I did the same. Then she came closer to me and hugged me with sweetness. I smiled, then we started runnin' and jumpin', I was so happy that day. After 30 min. playing and running she got tired, so I was, we went to a big oak tree. She guided me into it, and then we lied down and took a rest. I fell asleep, when I opened my eyes, she wasn't there. I mooed and mooed, ran in all directions searching for her, but she wasn't anywhere. I ran into the oak tree and sitted there, scared and lonely. Then, a black deer (nightfall pelt) appeared. I guess he was a male because of his big red antlers. I got more scared, but he bowed. I ran to him and hugged him, I guess he understood I was sad and lonely, then he took me to a Pond. We sat by its shore and more deer appeared. I hid behind him. The other deer were laughing, and so the black deer. I guess they were his friends, I showed my face between his legs. As soon as I got out, a little blue fawn appeared, as I could see, it was a boy. He wanted to play, so did I. So then, we started runnin' and chasin' us around. Then, all of the deer walked away, and so the fawn, I mooed saying him "come back, please." But he never came back. The black deer stood beside me, and we walked away of that Pond. After a couple of minutes, we arrived to a kind of Playground. We spent the rest of the day together, but then I had to leave. I guess he understood, I hugged him and sayed goodbye. I'll never forget that deer, those ones that were my pals on my first day in the Endless Forest.

Aine's Apology

Aine would like to apologize to the deer she was bothering yesterday at the Ruins. For nearly fifteen minutes she couldn't understand the annoyed gestures of a very angry buck with Day of the Dead paint as she absentmindedly sat in his spot. Merely wanting to lay next to him because she thought it would be fun, she unwittingly realized that she had taken a space that was regularly occupied by the Skull-Faced Stag.
For this she would like to apologize, had she known, she would have left.

Such a looooonnnng time!! :O

Oh my goodness! I haven't been here in ages! Sad
I think the last time I was here was sometime like late 2009 or early 2010.
Much to long, if I do say so! Is anybody still here from back then?
Anyways, I want to be more active again here, and hopefully in the forest too! Smiling

Adventure!

Well summer has come up and kicked me in the rear this time. I've spent 3 days in the middle of the desert in the blazing sun, in 105* weather. I have gained numerous bruises, scrapes and scars to add to my collection, and I'm proud of em. It was a strange, alien place where little grows but thistles, sage, and sparse trees. The other weird thing about it, was that I was camping on a river in the middle of the desert, which flows south instead of north. Strange huh? But this isn't the best part: I got to see some of the most AMAZING wildlife.
2 bald eagles,
3 baby otters and their mother
TONS of baby duckies
some beautiful red does with white tails

but the most astounding creatures of all were the wild horses.
Beautiful palomino, buckskin, paint, and I think a couple appaloosa, with babies playing close to their mothers.
Even though it was gruelingly hot out, seeing some of the creatures and being in a place people rarely go to, and thus untouched by trash, was special.

But that's just me, what's everyone else doing this summer?
