Hahah, not really, no! It's a bit of a hack really- I hid the sidebar using display:none, and put in this list:

Where I wanted the drop-down to be. Made it a drop-down and styled it with the help of the 'suckerfish' drop-down css:

I think I then had to set the z-index attribute of the div layers, so it was actually clickable, but that's it (....I think! @-@;). I tried doing this with the menu code that was already there, but because the header parts weren't part of the list, it couldn't be done. That, and it the fact that it was nigh on impossible to make the menu horizontal (I really have no idea why!)

I hope I've explained this okay, sorry that the code is so messy! ^-^ Also: thank you for your CSS blog help page, it was a great help!

*twitch* this css is made of awesome. Need to change the color of the date though, it's the same color of the comment background.

Ah! so that was what it was! Thank you, I was confused as to why the usernames look like they'd been centered!
