Bonds. -Dedicated to the whole community, special note for Zero-

I always hugged myself and cried, I even started to fear believing. unable to hang on to his outstretched arms and unable to overcome fate.

The grave was hard, cool beneath him, tears soaking the fur of his cheeks.
"Espen" he sighed, hiding himself, his face against the stone.

"Hmm?"

He raised his head, ears tilting as he looked up in time to watch another being sit at his side, black and white pelt soft against the ground, eyes gazing out from the black mask he wore, blue against black.

Strange glitches I've heard of..

Well, as you all know, I'm still sorta new.. and I would like to hear of strange glitches, and hacking that people have done over the past few years.

I've heard of a few: Devout glitch (I'm eager to get that working, since Lani is meant to be albino), antlerless glitch (VERY eager to know but I won't use all the time if I find out), I've heard of the BAN pelt (looks awesome), and.. well thats about it.

I also wanted to know if the deermuda myth is true. I have sat there for a while before and nothing happened...

Thanks everyone, I'm soooo curious..

Important question about sets!

Since my deer, Adalia finally grew up, I've been trying to decide on a set to get her!

Now I've put together a few, and I'd like to know if anyone has these sets? Because I'd hate to be copying someone who's permanent set is one I put on as well. Sad

So here they are, I'd really appreciate it if you let me know!
And, if all the sets I've picked are already taken, I'd love if you guys could help me put a good-looking one together, if that's okay, of course. Smiling

Possible Sets

Crying Mask
Kabuki Pelt/or Crying Idol Pelt
Poppy Antlers

Fan Hands Mask
Fan Pelt
Noh/or Gazelle Antlers

Magpie Mask
Space Beluga/or Great Angus Pelt
Monarch/or Orca Antlers

Thanks for reading!, FTN. <3

One Of Those Interaction Blog Thingies

(fail title is super-fail)

Alright, I have my computer back, and can play TEF again! But this blog will still continue. Feel free to start a new interaction, even if you were part of one that already ended.
-----

I originally made this as a roleplay blog, but I decided to change it. But it can still be used for roleplay, too. Basically, here you can interact with any of my deer in any way you want. Introduce yourself, ask questions, whatever you want to do. It can be in roleplay form if you want, but it doesn't have to be. It's all up to you.

If you want, you can even address more than one of my deer, or even all of them, at the same time. Like if you want to ask them all a question, for example.

Links to all character bios can be found here.

[=10]see the pyramids along the Nile
watch the sunset from a tropic isle

It was a warm day. At least, in the eyes of this city’s inhabitants, where even a sliver of warmth was almost never expected, it was so. Light poured into the large apartment through its huge windows, illuminating every surface and casting the room in a golden hue. Within this dreamlike space, a tall, blonde man appeared, blinking to accustom his eyes to the brightness, then crossing the floor to take a seat at the kitchen table. The place was utterly silent. Warm, chocolate-brown eyes only crossed it for a moment, before focusing on the thing seated across from him.

She only glanced up at him once, unable to keep herself from doing it, before returning to her book with a broad smile on her face. Christ, I could look at you forever. He couldn’t help smiling either. Her long fingers were holding a book down, choppy blonde hair falling haphazardly around her face as she rubbed her cheek with her free hand. He knew that she felt his eyes. Chuckling to himself, Masque turned his gaze to the window.

I don’t think I’ve ever loved anybody who was quite as easy on the eyes as you. Matter of fact, no, I haven’t. The woman’s thoughts were much more amused than tender when she glanced up at him. Still grinning widely, Tuna let her eyes roll over his complexion, finding much more of interest in front of her than in the pages of her book. After a moment, she gave up trying to read, closing the thing abruptly and resting her elbows on the table. Masque turned his head to look back at her once more. Try as he might, he found himself unable to come up with anything to say, and merely watched her, the corners of his mouth starting to turn sore. After a few moments of silent looks, the girl stood and made her way around the side of the table, to stop next to him.

Blink in the view of life

[=9] I wanted to write about Rowan and coffee. And this happened. Dunno XD;

---

They say the greatest things come from the smallest of ideas. Something so small, like a misguided idea, can burst forth and bloom out all over an entire country in days. What they don't tell you, is about those unable to focus thier minds, and compress the flitting images of thier minds into useful processes. Such was the case of a small woman staring off on a park bench. It was late winter, so late in fact that soon spring would roll in over the winter squares of the calander.

The woman was caught in the present, like a trap. A silent vortex absent of noise and light. As she grew out of her tiny, limble teenage body, her eyes grew increasingly white. Whatever writhing, tossing pain she dealt with under her covers was abusing her weary heart. The heart required so much attention in fact, that it sucked the very color from her eyes, the only color she wore anymore.

Suddenly, something caught her nonexistant attention. Rowan reached and groped about the bench for her source of comfort; but before her palm located the warm coffee, it was met by a cold wet nose. "Ford," she giggled at the unexpected visit from the previously playing dog, "That's cold."

"Ford~!"

Certainly the voice belonged to a child. Rowan had picked up Aeis on her way to the park for a little fun. She had figured the little orphaned child and her dog would like some fun activity in the park. Rowan had met Aeis at the park a few weeks ago. She knew very little of the spunky red-haired child, but the twice-forgotten mother had a soft spot for children. The trio came here for the rare sunshine, along with a fourth tagalong who was currently lumbering along the sidewalk.

"Here you go." he half-smiled, handing Aeis a warm cup of cocoa. "It's hot."

Rowan's milky eyes paled in comparison to his bright amber eyes. Though recently weary, she always found something in there lurking.

Unraveling the Wirewood - Kahlan's Story

Warning - a little gore and violence in this story

Night Runners

Kahlan awoke with a headache. She didn't feel right...where was she?

Last she remembered was the Twin Gods' hill, but now she was in a dark cave. The sounds of dripping water echoed in the distance, and nearby, she saw other figures laying around.

Surprisingly, her eyesight was very good, even though she could tell she was deep in the cave, where no light seemed to penetrate. The doe looked to the others, curious as to who they were.

"He...hello?", she called to them. Her voice was raspy, but she was able to speak. A few of the other deer awoke and sat up. One of them nearby said to her, "You're up early, young one." He was odd looking - his fur was a dark color, and his eyes seemed to glow.

"Where are we?", Kahlan asked. "You don't remember, do you?", the other deer questioned. The doe shook her head - her memory was still very fuzzy. The deer smiled to her, "You were chosen as a Night Runner. We gave you our curse, but it is as much a gift. We are no longer creatures of the Forest, no longer beings of the daylight, but rather..."

"We're...nocturnal?", Kahlan asked. The other stag smiled, "You catch on quickly. Go, look at yourself in the water. You will not recognize yourself.", he replied.

The doe sat up and walked over to the reflective pool nearby. She peered over, surprised to see a clear image of herself...and shocked that she looked nothing like what she had before.

Her face was longer, with little sharp teeth that poked out of her mouth, and her fur was pitch black. Two glowing green eyes stared back at her...her eyes...

She backed away from the pool, she couldn't believe what she had become. "What did you do to me?", she asked the stag.

He gave a little chuckle before he said, "You were infected by one of our kind. You are one of us now!
