For some reason, my computer refuses to take screenshots. Ah well. Anyway, I'm getting better at the controls, but I still have a lot to learn. I had fun by the pond just earlier with some other fawns, with us giving each other different antlers and dancing in circles. And then I pressed the wrong button and accidentally quit the game. Whoever I was with, if you read this, please don't think I that I abandoned you!

More than anything, I want to know what's going on with my computer. The sooner I learn to take screenshots, the sooner I can have even more fun with this blog!

Well I have been trying to find a good set in game, but have been having a rough time getting spelled to even see what might look nice.

Hototo is peculiar, and I am torn as to which set would represent him finest in forest.

EDIT: Alright, you all are helpful for my brainstorming. Thanks for the input, it really has made a difference.

I think I might like this option. I know the antlers aren't perfect, however, no antlers really look right. So I chose those that can carry poppies. They also represent the foreward jut and angle of his antlers. I cannot perfectly represent his appearance in this detail, but I can still represent his character. Hototo, as I mentioned, has a fondness for poppies and the color red. I was delighted to find that your suggestions led me to experiment with the crying idol mask, which I had not though of initially. I think it is all the more meaningful paired with the poppies. Here is Hototo's final design, paired with an experpt from his -=Thoughts=- which may shed light on the choices made.

Well, it's my second day in the forest after I started yesterday. I'm still not quite sure of all the controls, but I'm getting there. And I had a rather brilliant hopping match with another fawn earlier! I think this could become more than a little addictive for me! I just wish I didn't have to wait a month for my fawn to become an adult. Some of the other adult designs look stunning.

Yes, I've participated in a Flash mob thingy today as a part of the Kenya project. I and a lot of other young people from my school had a pillow fight in town, and we got filmed! I'll put a link when it is on youtube. It was funny, but I got a pillow in my eye, and it hurted. Well, it's gone now, and I can't wait to see it!

UPDATE: Now the flash mob is on Youtube!.
I can be seen at 0:28 at the bottom with a brown bag and a colorful coat, and again at 0:33 to the right.

Actually this was very bad filmed. It is too short, the pillow fight was much longer. But hey, nobody is perfect.
