How to get those Background images from sites and then get them on your bios or such?

I tried some sites, but I have not been able to download in any way it to my CSS.

So...I got rid of the screenshots I'd been collecting, because there were just too many of them, and I never got around to uploading them. So all I have now is just from this month. In fact, most of them are just from the past couple of weeks. And it seems I didn't take as much as I thought.

Still somewhat image heavy, though.

Sometimes in Bios I see the text 'glows' kinda, how can I do that?

.....i have an account i don't want....I just don't like the pictogram anymore. The character is full grown, and the picto looks like this & I don't know.... no one probably wants it, but I don't really want to play this chara anymore since I don't like the picto. I know I'm weird for giving up a character for a dang picto, but in truth it bothers me. I'd feel better if someone put it to good use. I'll give further details if anyone is interested. (Obviously it's 2nd generation) I'm in denial if i'll give this away..... but i probably will anyway since i'm not very interested in playing him/her. Just let me know ^.^
