Heya guys, this is going to come off as a really selfish post on my end, but I thought it would be pretty fun.
It has come to my attention that I don't know a whole lot about many of the deer on the Endless Forest. I was really surprised when reading both
Vandettta and
Mick Kreiger's Rock Hound stories, that I didn't know their deer had certain abilities and personalities.
I don't read very many bios only because I tend to treat everyone the same when Quad is in the Forest (and also just don't have the time in real life to read them all), but if you would like to,
tell me about your deer here. What are they like? What kind of personality do they have? Is there a reason why you created them the way they are? Do they have any special abilities or powers? And so on. Write as much or as little as you'd like! I'd really just like to learn about them!
And if you'd like me to, you can ask me about any of my characters and I'll describe them for you. Striked out names have been requested by someone and have been described in the comments:
'Goodies' - Quad -
Zephyr -
Pent -
Trunks -
Blixt -
Caw
'Baddies' - Iugulare -
Anirapio -
Nekumbra -
The Rock Hounds -
Dond
I hope this is as fun as I think it will be.
Esmerelda noadays is my muse
Sierra was inspired or is a very similar to myself. She shares my love for dance. She is loyal and kind ,loves to play with fawns. She did have a mate but he has recently disappeard,so she is lonely and trying to befriend any one she meets. In her human form their is a major plot with her and the Goblin King ,it actually is still going on.But as a human she lives in the fae world as an ambassordor for the Goblin Kingdom. But that peace and happiness has been threatened by the Prince of Dragons.
The only other deer I have is my astrology creature Darlean.I haven't done much with this character yet.But her personality is derived from the zodian sign Taurus.
Phobos is pretty much a hyper
I created him the way I did because well...I don't like sitting around for to long XD I'm pretty open to people too,and meeting virtual players is one way of doing that I may develop him more as time passes.I'm not thinking of any special abilities in store for him.
I hope to meet your deer in the forest too.
I don't really know yet o__o
He doesn't even have a name, though I may just make it easy and go with 'Zyzzy', hehe. What I've come up with the past few days or so is that he might be from another world altogether and was 'put' here(earth, not the Forest) by something(other gods? hmm) as a result of things going awry where he came from- maybe he ends up being the last good being in that world, and is saved by the gods of that place before it's destroyed to stop the evil that grew there from spreading. He's very old, and has had many forms besides a deer, including human. He could be a traveler, wandering the world and eventually stumbling into the Endless Forest. I might give him a unique type of magic similar to the forest's, but different in its own ways, being unique to his own world. Goofy, wise, charming, naturally with his darker sides... whatever they end up being.
Huh, I actually created a fair deal of his story right here I don't know how much of that I'll keep, but at least some of it is sticking in his bio! Maybe this will be updated in the future, hehe!
Amadahy grew from an ooc.
Keme is Amadahy's brother. He's mostly very quiet. He lives to serve himself and what he wants, not for others. Only a choice few have ever gotten his loyalty. He has a tendency to watch fights or follow darker deer simply to see what they'll do and if it will make a good story. He won't interfere unless his own life is on the line, in which case he is a fairly competent fighter, though he can't hold out long. He has lung problems and cannot run for a long period of time without getting out of breath and coughing. Keme also tells fairytales.
Bartholomew, or Barty as he commonly chooses to go by, is a crow. He has limited amounts that he can do and speaks deer brokenly; often his point comes across garbled or jumbled, and can be mistaken. He never refers to himself as 'I', but always 'this one' or 'this crow'. He's really a sweet guy, tending to care deeply and attach quickly to anybody he deems a good perch. He never forgets kindnesses and is a perpetual optimist. Barty watches deer from up in the trees to get a good read on them as well, and will give them nicknames based on what he sees. He doesn't hesitate to interfere in a fight, but only for the fact that he hates seeing blood shed. He will often go up to the opposing side and check on them after the fight. He believes deer are sacred creatures of the Gods and would greatly like to be one himself. He has a fair amount of sense and is fairly good at giving advice, but does not hesitate to lash out at deer for doing something 'stupid'--though he always comes back around. He's rather old and puffed up, but has a fair amount of endurance.
[Phew. Sorry about that. Hard to stop me once I get started. xD Those are my most active at the moment. |D]
Quince and Uno are the "Twins
Wudiin was the Son of the Moon. Entries about him are surrounded by "..." in the titles. He was born an albino, and thus this attribute was blamed on his mother pleading with the moon to have a child. With his albinism came various health problems such as a weak heart, schizophrenia, and eyesight issues. The moon's son was quiet, kind, gentlemanly, considerate, and solitary. He drowned himself in the pond leaving behind his mate Poltergeist who later gave birth to their children Sterre and Otis. Wudiin was founded on the basis of having fatal flaws.
Silence is a magician in the wrong world. Entries about him begin with a "~" in the titles. He was originally a human living in the late 1800s who ran a magic show with his assistant and fiance Esperanza. He wasn't sure how he came to the Endless Forest, but is thoroughly convinced he must return to see and marry Esperanza as well as take care of his son. He is mischievous, a trickster, solitary, a liar, entertaining and addicted to not-so-legal substances. He is founded on the basis of trickery and lying.
Otis is the mute child of the moon and stars. Entries about him are surrounded by "|" in the titles. He has a twin sister Sterre, and is the child of Poltergeist and Wudiin. Even though he lives without physical parents, he believes the entire forest is his family. Being mute, Otis is naturally quiet, but is also a lover of games, playful, naive, and occasionally skittish. He appears to be developing schizophrenia like his father. Otis speaks in symbols instead of words. He is founded on the basis of being seen but not heard.
@ is a deer with short term memory loss. Entries about him are surrounded by "@[]" in the titles. He carries a large glowing orb on his head in replacement of a pictogram, and it gets bigger and heavier every time he meets someone new. The deer is convinced to figure out what his full name is, but can't seem to remember the letters as he mixes them up a lot. @ is naive, kind, forgetful, clumsy, determined and silly. He is founded on the basis of memory.
Oh my goodness this post is huge I'm so sorry I couldn't stop ahaha. dsklfj;adsjk sorrysorry
Will you maybe tell me more about Nekumbra? They have always fascinated me since you created them~
Such a creepy crawler! :V
I have so many,
Vendetta, and Mattie:
Are the same being, they're both my ooc, they are both me.
by gender I'm female, Vendetta is feminine, like me, she's the good and bad things I see about my feminine side.
She's small, and delicate, easily hurt physically and emotionally, rather quiet, almost mute, she thinks for a long long time before doing anything, going through each option in her head, she's a bit needy and slightly selfish. her small size coming from the fact that I don't think of myself as being very much a girl, which is also why irl I don't correct people when they call me 'he'. I actually prefer it.
Mattie is the good and bad things in the more masculine half.
He's huge, and almost impossible to phase when it comes to being wounded in a physical way, but he doesn't respond well to emotional confusion and is quick to lash out, he speaks softly and slowly but more, and is faster to jump to action than think things through, often these actions are rash and violent and extreme. they're two halves of the same whole.
They have slight default forms, but I often draw them in many different ways, just for fun, like playing dressup.
Vilnius:
I have a crippling fear of doctors and hospitals, but a morbid fascination for body parts, organs blood etc, he's not good, but not evil, he's just HIM, he's a character that isn't meant to be understood, he's just meant to be loved or hated based on another character's views of him, he's slightly crazy but completely loyal, he isn't easy to kill either.
Saint:
Saint is vilnius' brother, and the character I use for a taste of insanity as well as the effects of how someone's upbringing can change him.
He's 'evil' but he doesn't KNOW he is, he's like a little kid, they don't know what they're doing is wrong until someone punishes them, he grew up around people who not only didn't mind pain, but enjoyed it, so he assumes everyone has no problem with a bit of rough and tumble play, if he feels he's really hurt someone, he feels bad about it, like a toddler when they find out their favorite doll needs to be thrown away.
Alaska:
Is one of my favorite characters, he's so beautiful and broken and even I don't always understand him, he's very...real, to me, if that makes sense, he's based on the state of Alaska, which is my favorite state, he's hard to describe.
I have a ton of others but those are the only ones people really know
Well, Seed you probably know
Hyacinth is mute -- less physically, more psycologically. She tends to present her thoughts in very short, direct feelings or images: she has a running monologue, like Seed, but not in the same way. She's very hyper, very child-like; she's easily distracted by pretty things like small birds and flowers and falling leaves, and when she sees one in-game, she'll jerk in its direction. She's a little nervous around people, and has sensitive enough hearing that roaring up-close freaks her out. She's sort of my attempt at a "shy deer" done in a way that doesn't involve running away from anyone. Hyacinth's too afraid of being alone with her demons to run away from people, after all.
The Witch... Well, to let my Brony status shine through for a bit... "She's an evil enchantress and she does evil dances, and when you look deep into her eyes she will put you in trances." She's probably not as evil as she thinks she is -- she takes too much raw joy in finding people who are happy with her spells, even though angry is just as good to her. She goes around casting spells to amuse-annoy people. Her signature move is taunting. Lots of taunting, either because she actually is, or she's having a temper tantrum. She's very, very childish, and also kinda messed-up. To her, love and hate are about the same thing. I don't think she's had a real friend in her whole life. She may or may not be a deer, really -- her nature and backstory and name are all mysterious, even to me. She was my attempt to do an evil deer who actually functioned within the setting: TEF is a world where the only thing you can do to other deer besides annoy them in general is annoy them with magic. Hence a witch who aims to cast specific spells.
Shimmyshimmy - Nekumbra was
Nekumbra was just a regular doe who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. She was close enough to where Iugulare landed when she arrived on Earth that Nekumbra was exposed to cosmic radiation and mutated into the creature you know her as today. She grew eight spider legs, four on either side of her body, and her appetite also went from herbivorous to carnivorous. She developed venomous fangs in her mouth, though it is fairly weak - when she bites an adult deer, the venom only stuns them for a few moments. Fawns and other small animals, however, die within a few moments from being bitten. She is able to stand on her spider legs and maneuver quickly. She also has a place on her belly where she can shoot out webbing to trap and cocoon her prey.
She started having irresistible cravings for meat, and she found that fawns were very easy prey. She only picks off fawns that are alone, as she is terrified of adult deer and fears for her own safety. When she catches a fawn, she wraps them up with her spider silk and bites through, injecting her venom and draining their blood. Incidentally, she tries to make their death comforting, treating the fawn like her own child. She can often be found humming a lullaby or whispering a bedtime story to her prey, even if they've already died. On some occasions, if she's starving, she will eat a fawn whole.
Nekumbra really isn't all that bad of a doe if you ever get to meet her. She has a polite and gentle personality. She dreams of being a 'normal' doe and being accepted back into society, even despite hunting her own kind for food. She met Iugulare and joined up with her, hoping that the stoat could one day cure her of the mutation. She would later learn that Iugulare has no interest in helping her, and that if she would only ask forgiveness to the Twin Gods, they would help her. She is planning a day to visit them where Iugulare won't be watching.
I'd like to hear a bit more
And while I'm at it, I can tell something about Kheiron. I'll probably end up writing too much, but oh well. xD
He, as many other characters, were first made as an OOC. Not really based on me, but I didn't think too much when I played him. After a while (around the time he had grown up), I decided to have more fun with him and made him an independent character, but still with the most basic traits he always had: Friendly, energetic and childish. These are also traits I consider easy to play and it fits very well with the original intentions of the game.
The set I came up with are all parts I picked before I discovered what was "popular" and "in" here. I was aware that I would probably think different of the set parts as I got to know the game more, and so I just picked what I liked the most form the beginning and sticked to those. They are half realistic/half fantastic and expressional, and his antlers are not too big nor too small. Kheiron is a stag after all, but he's not the aggressive fighting type.
Kheiron's has especially one dominant trait; He's childish.
He's inexperienced, and while he get along with most deer in-forest, he's more of an ass in RPs and stuff, lol. He doesn't think before he speaks, and he's like "i'm better than you and i will show it to everyone'-kind of type. And he's also really bad at understanding other's feelings and problems. He'll try, but he'll often just conclude with "i don't really see the problem", lol.
He has a tendency to keeping an eye on deer that acts different or 'weird' to him. He's really curious, and he will often not leave you alone if you react differently than he expected. He will take a hint, he's not stupid, he just needs to feed his curiosity. If you taunt him, he will either tilt his head, taunt back or rear, but he rarely attacks or lower his antlers. He's a coward, but he'll act tough. He'll run away if you attack him, but he also refuses to get chased, so that's sometimes a dilemma. xD most likely he'll go hide or jump into the pond, or even air-sit and laugh. "haha can't take me here"......
Also he makes a bit too much noise at times, lol. Seriously, if anyone has a problem with it, please tell me. xD I haven't heard anything about it yet though, and I try to restrain it.
And that's Kheiron. And a bit background information. And yup, that's a bit too much. But ahaha things like this is fun.
Mini - Anirapio was a
Anirapio was a creature I made a long time ago but never really developed her until I decided to bring her to the Endless Forest. She was a character from another story I made a long time ago and is essentially a cross between a dragon and a kangaroo, with other developments later added.
The story about Anirapio is that her species lives on a planet far away from Earth, but she was summoned to Earth by Iugulare to help her dominate. Anirapio's species do not have mouths but rather have belly pouches, and they stuff their prey into this pouch, which drains out their blood and fluids (occasionally it will devour the prey whole). It spits out whatever is left through a slit in the tail, often the prey is still alive but barely clinging to life. The Daog have high metabolisms so they are constantly eating, and thus have a sense of superiority to other creatures.
Anirapio herself is swift and calculating. She is a superb hunter, often picking off her prey by swooping down from the sky. She is on Earth to help Iugulare, though she has her own problems on her home planet. The planet is slowly losing prey animals due to her species overhunting, and if she doesn't find a solution soon, her own kind may eat each other to extinction.
As for her personality, she is reasonable when she is calm, but she can be irrational and drastic when angry or frustrated. She works mostly on instinct rather than morals, and she has the capability of being good, though she is very misguided.
Here is a detailed description on the Daog species, and here is the concluding story for Anirapio
Hope that's enough info
Tails is the first true
Ma sprang from doodles that I worked on during classes, and then slowly developed into a character that is dear to me and seems to reflect a lot of my personality. She is large, loud, and as protective as a mother hen. Anyone she develops an attachment to will be hard-pressed to get rid of her once she has decided to adopt them. She is unsure why or how she found her way to the forest, but she is glad that she has a home with many new friends to nurture. Although she puts on a tough-love exterior, Ma is a sweetheart with a tender personality, and it takes a great deal to make her dislike something. Though she has maternal tendencies, Ma has only ever had one child, and his premature death led to an emptiness inside her, manifesting itself in an inability to ever again conceive. Due to this emptiness, she dedicated herself to helping other mothers with their young ones, learning all she could about herb lore and birthing to prevent that same sadness occurring for these new mothers. She is a strong cow, larger than average, and sensitive about her weight. Due to her obesity, she also has a weak heart that makes itself known when she over-exerts herself. She hides this fact from her friends though, refusing to let this sign of weakness make itself known to those she cares about. More than anything, she wishes only to help in any way possible.
I hope that gives a bit of an idea about my two. I'd love to hear more about Pent, he's such a funny little guy!
Xetkal is based around
Sianna is based on some darker things that could happen in a persons real life. - At least that's what she developed into. - She harbors a lot of past memories that can not be forgotten. She is unable to let things go, and so her past haunts her every single day of her life. It could explain why she acts the way she does in-forest. - It was never played out fully, but the reasons behind her actions are because she killed her child. She killed her child because she was in an abusive relationship with the child's father. Typical alcoholic, anger issues. It finally drove her to the edge and she acted out unfavorably; murder and suicide. She was reincarnated as a deer... maybe to learn about peace. Somewhere it had to have backfired or she has yet to realize her purpose here. - She merely roams around seeking love to fill a very empty hole... and from what I have gathered so far with how she treats her partners, she has only let her past life destroy her so badly that she will neglect the ones she loves. For instance, she will play loved ones against each other or other strange deer, and get a kick out of it. - There is so much more but I don't want to spam too bad.
Trigger - Pent came from my
Pent came from my love of pronghorn antelope, though it took a while to develop his character. He was originally the rebirth of Quad after he died in my original Divine stories, but later I decided that Pent would be his younger brother instead. The name of course means "five", where Quad's name means "four".
Originally Pent was a very mischievous fawn, he loved to do pranks on other deer such as buttsniffing and sitting on sleeping deer, but later he became more mature. It was during this time he developed the ability to talk to trees.
It is actually unknown if Pent truly understands trees and can have genuine conversations with them, or if he really is imagining their responses and just talking to inanimate trees. Either way, Pent is convinced that many of the trees are his friends (and a couple of them love to make jokes about him, which he gets angry at). Naturally, Pent is an environmentalist and advocates all efforts to protect the trees.
When Pent is in the Endless Forest, he simply does not see and hear other deer around and only talks to trees. Though on occasion he will hang around a deer he has met before. Pent takes jokes personally and is easily irritated, but will forget and forgive after a few moments. He is easily distracted and sometimes will run off on his own without saying goodbye. He does not mean to be rude, he simply sees something that strikes his curiosity.
Those who get to meet Pent without distraction will be surprised to see that he is young-at-heart and sees beauty in small details. He has many deep thoughts on the world and can paint pictures in one's mind with the descriptions he speaks. He loves the natural world so much that his imagination soars.
These are all very
I'd add something about my own but.. Nah. I rather read yours. ♥
Kahlan is the representation
Kylar is the representation of my flamboyant flirty side. He's electrokinetic, able to control it with a mere thought, usually it manifests out of his antlers in a colour related to his mood. Strongly flirty, though wholly dedicated to his boyfriend, Kylar is a little contradictory, just due to his general flirty nature.
Nathaniel is the representation of....weird aspects to my personality, expressed through his chaotic nature. He is a being of chaos and in that way gains unusual abilities when exposed to chaotic energies, that fuel his being. Nathaniel I would say is the most fundamentally damaged of all my characters, blaming himself for the death of his race.
Illrose is my oldest
Illrose was one of the good ones when I played her on that dragon site, but then I took a break from roleplaying some years. When I returned to rp sites, I soon began to play Illrose again. Now she had turned into an evil, rampaging dragon, and the warlocks did their first try to stop her, by turning her into a human. But their spell went somewhat wrong, and Illrose was able to turn back into a dragon every fullmoon. I admit I have yet to figure out what made Illrose turn evil, I guess I'll figure it out.
When I found TEF, I soon decided to give Illrose a try here as well, and decided she was sent here by the warlocks, as an last attempt to save the world from the dragon's wrath. They sent her to the forest, where she was 'reborn', or 'transformed' into an harmless fawn. At first Illrose was enraged by this, but the forest is now starting to change her. She is not longer the same, she is friendlier and care a lot more about others. Illrose suspect this is why the warlocks sent her here, to turn her 'good' again - and I as the player can confirm this. The warlocks knew that Illrose had used to be good, and they wanted her to be good again, thats why they never killed her when they had the chance. In Illrose's head the warlocks are the bad guys, but they are really the good ones. xD
Now what remains to see is if Illrose turn back good, and if she find a way out of the forest and can return to her dragon form. I don't know any of this, I let in-game events decide, just as I've done since Illrose first arrived here. (:
Okay, I can't resist any
Redd
Redd is a gentle soul. He used to be rather weak and defenceless as a fawn, but as he grew and got acquainted with his brother, Raleigh, his muscle-mass grew greatly, building him up like a brick-wall, since Raleigh attacks him relentlessly when he's not busy chasing does or being bipolar. He's not particularly fast, but he's very strong and steadfast, making him a tough opponent, even if he's really just standing around, taking the hits, which is his general tactics when in a fight.
He has a mysterious past which I need to flesh out soon enough and which he can't remember due to amnesia and trauma, a past which has left his body covered in tiny scars, though his fur hides them all, except the only really big scars on his body, the ones around his eyes. Speaking of which, his eyes are blue to an uncanny degree, making them look like they don't really belong to him at all.
He's shy and timid, but easily approached if done with a bright attitude and if you befriend him, you've got a friend for life. He's slightly clingy, though.
Raleigh
Raleigh's story is the same as Redd's, except he remembers their shared past. This has left him a little... off. He frequently talks to himself and some invisible "master" of his, though only when he thinks no-one's around. Socially, he's like a fish in the water. He's charming, gallant, gentle and engaging, but deadly all the same, as he has a habit of killing his mates. He's sexually ambiguous, meaning he'll go after anything with a pulse, really, and though he might claim to see the beauty in even the ugliest beings, he's extremely superficial and vain. He is, in other words, simply a monster. A monster in sheep's clothing.
Dorian
Yeah, I know I skipped a few, but I'm not gonna bore you to death with endless exposition XD
Dorian is not a deer. He's a human who was transformed into a deer, and this still confuses him immensely. He's convinced his life is being controlled by an omnipotent being with a magical pencil, and this is the source for most of his crippling paranoia. He's a multi textbook-case posterchild for phobias, suffering from more than just his fair share of them, thought the most prominent ones are chiraptophobia (fear of being touched), acluophobia (fear of the dark) and mild anthropophobia (fear of people/crowds). He grew up on the streets of New Jersey with a deadbeat dad and a prostitute mother, who actually cared for him, but couldn't provide for him. He's very protective of his mother and if you insult her, you WILL get kicked.
He sometimes turns back into his human form at random intervals, but he doesn't know how, when or why, so his current goal is to control this power, turn human permanently and preferably go back to the city.
Anjali is... Well, although
Well, although Anjali is a character, he is very much like me. This was not really intentional; I just happened to notice that if I define his personality, it sounds very familiar! In some ways, we are part of each other.
Anjali is a kindly and gentle soul; hurting a fly would probably make him feel a bit guilty. He'd never start a fight, and he'd be very reluctant to join in on one unless someone was attacking a friend. However, he'd be uncomfortable and out of his element even then. (He also has Lightbringer standards to uphold, which to him and me means being as nonviolent as possible).
Anjali is also a shy thing, and can feel (and act -_-") awkward around large groups of deer or deer that know each other well.
But this isn't to say that Anjali doesn't love to have fun...laughing and playing around with spells are some of his favorite things! I try to play him as a very approachable character towards everyone...
As for special abilities...he doesn't really have any, so far. He can be kind of clumsy.
These are great to read!
And anyone who hasn't seen this yet, please feel free to add your deer! It's pretty fun describing them! I've still got a bunch of characters I can describe if anyone is curious, just ask!
Well I've just started this
Well I've just started this character named Jade.
She's still a fawn but doesn't act like one, she's brave, defiant, and jaded by her experiances before TEF. She is also an orphan.
She puts herself off to be someone who doesn't need anyone elses help but really she just wants someone to give her a reason why life is still worth living her in the forest.
She doesn't like to do the things normal fawns do like playing, being loud and what not, she finds all those things rather meaningless though she will play a bit if enticed.
I really just want to let her character evolve from there and let her experiances in TEF determine how she turns out as she grows up : )
Thanks for this, I love talking about my Character and i'd love to hear about yours and others as well : )
so tracking ^.^
Queze: My first account as
Sinker: Sinker is me on a bad day. He is the sarcasm and bitterness that I do not allow myself to voice on TEFc. He also plays the role of villain in the original Hook, Line, and Sinker fairytale. Due to his malicious nature Sinker was never active in The Forest, instead others could interact with him through role play here on The Community Site.
Hook: A forever-fawn character created for the sole purpose of being gut-wrenchingly pitiful. Hook is no longer active, now that his story is complete.
Caravaggio: This character was (he is inactive but still floating around) created as a sort of collector of memories which he records via screenshots in an old album. He was a very loose character, being a human by nature and was never played in The Forest. He was simply someone I molded from several sources of inspiration;
-My favorite classical painter, Caravaggio
-A character named David Caravaggio from the book/movie The English Patient
-Interaction in the past-tense, a character who you could interact with but never meet.
-The Invisible Man (from the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comics)
I should really give his character and page a re-dressing, now that I'm thinking about him again...
Caravaggio's Blog
Teradeer: As the name implies this is me, or at least, me within TEF. Teradeer is a mulled over version of Sinker in that it lends itself naturally to sarcasm and many of the actions I undertake when playing Teradeer are used sarcastically (but it's up to you to try and puzzle that out yourselves). The visual design of Teradeer came from a few things;
-My fascination with non-bloody violence (decomposition, evidence of past trauma, scars ect.)
-A reference in the Stephen King 'Dark Tower' series to a 'speaking demon', a laughing skeleton who's jaw bone could be carried for protection.
-The idea of a creation that could deconstruct and reconstruct itself at will, in order to express itself.
I have several other minor characters whom are TEF related, but this are the most developed ones. Many of the others simply fit into the plots or histories of the above characters.
Uwharrie - Since you
Zephyr is the daughter of Quad and Mazey (Quad's first mate, though she doesn't play TEF much anymore), and she looks very similar to Quad in appearance. The only real major differences are the peacock antlers on her head and her green eyes (Quad's eyes are brown). She is the older sister of Axie (who was played by Mazie). Zephyr's name comes from the Greek god of the west wind, though she has no powers or abilities involving wind or air. She will, however, inherit her father's 'Grand Talux' wings and light abilities when he dies, but that will be years from now.
Growing up, Zephyr was very insecure and stubborn. She was afraid of the world and didn't make friends easily. But after she learned more about how to live happily and how to enjoy life, she had a dramatic change of heart. Today, Zephyr is much more outgoing and fun than she was before. The reason for Zephyr's personality change is that I unintentionally made her too similar to Ravenflight, whose doe had the same set as Zephyr. I like her much more like this anyway, as she is much closer to my own personality than I originally played her.
In the Forest, Zephyr is obsessed with fashion and trends. She has a skewed sense of fashion and often chooses certain pelts, antlers, and masks as 'fashionable'. She often will try to change another deer's appearance if she thinks their set is unfashionable. She is often called 'The Forest Fashionista' (or 'the Fashionista' for short) because of her obsession over being fashionable.
Those who get to meet Zephyr will notice that she acts much like her father. She loves to dance, play, and be silly. It always makes her feel good when she can get another deer to laugh or even smile. It runs in her family, as Quad is just like this as well. She does not like confrontations but will defend her friends when needed, though she'd prefer to break up fights and try to lighten up other deer instead. She is willing to play with any deer, though she doesn't have very many close friends yet.

Quad, will you tell me about
Anjali - Caw was a character
Caw was a character in a story I wrote called Banished. It pretty much is his entire story, but basically he was one of the first deer in the Endless Forest, but when he mistook an idol by the Pond as a god, the Twin Gods banished him to an island far away. He lost contact with his mate as well, and he developed amnesia when he woke up on the beach. He never remembered his name, deciding to name himself "Caw" as that was what the seagulls were calling him.
He lived on the island, learning a little more every day. He constantly had visions of his mate, remembering a little more each time. At one point, the Twin Gods tested him by placing an idol on his island, and he worshiped the idol much like before, suffering consequences of a low supply of food from it. He soon found turtles on the island and learned that it was his destiny to protect the baby turtles when they hatched on the beach. He soon rejected the false idol, and after doing his job of protecting the turtles for 100 years, the Twin Gods granted him death.
He was reunited with his mate in the afterlife. His story was passed down for years, and he became a Forest legend.
And then one day, he appeared in the Endless Forest.
Caw is actually "Uno", who was the first deer to fight against Iugulare, and is Quad's oldest brother. He lived in the Forest for a year before being surrounded and killed by Iugulare's Rock Hounds.
Caw's personality is disgruntled, acting often like an old man toward younger deer. "Don't run, you'll hurt your back.", "Dang kids and their pinecones!", and so on. It was because he was well over 100 years old when he returned to the Endless Forest, so his body was frail and he had a difficult time walking. He was able to defend himself, though, and had many secrets he never shared with anyone. While it would seem those secrets were lost, Caw may appear in the future to lend advice and share his wisdom with those who would need it. Caw was cremated and his ashes spread at the Pond, since it he was an islander for so many years.
The reason why I killed him off was because I just wasn't using him all that much, didn't really know how to play him in-game since I'm so used to playing happier deer.
Ah, okay, thank you! He
Peirce: Peirce is a Coues
Peirce is a Coues Deer who loves to jump and dance, and most of all, make new friends. He lost his mother at a young age but was adopted by Angel. He sorta loves Honeyfur but no one can really tell what is going to happen; Peirce is probably just going to be friends with her.
Voice
Voice lived with her mother and father and her twin brother when she was a fawn. One day her father disappeared and never came back. Her mother found his dead body one day. Then when Voice grew up, she became more suspicious of her father's death. Meanwhile, her brother's mate left him, and her brother became mentally ill. Her brother had killed their father, because he was forced to by some of his friends, and he promised to never kill again, but when Voice went to the De Drinkplatts one day, she was killed by her brother. She was not killed right away; she was wounded and her brother let her suffer until she died. Now she is a ghost roaming the forest, and whenever you hear her call (the high pitched mask), she is calling you, asking for you to bring her to life.
(I didn't know Poltergeist and Wudiin were mates)

She will bow and then dance a short bit as an invitation that a gift spell is about to be imparted to the one she's greeting. Napping in sunny spots and hiding in between the demigod white idols is a favorite activity of hers while others come visit the statuary to don their monk pelts.
She is fearful of the skull faces but absolutely adores the Zombie Deer with the candled antlers. She'll tease him relentlessly before laughing her tail off once he finally sighs and does a little foot stomp. She seeks out fawns and tries to encourage them to form snuggle huddles by the piles with some of the meditating elders when their attentions are turned.
Ayala's turning out to be a jokester who loves the spirit of play in my unplanned imagination.
She is deaf to violence because she doesn't understand it. It is invisible to her when it's near.
Here's a back story for Ayala that I'll type without thinking, straight from my subconscious, because doing that's kind of fun.
Ayala was a twin fawn at birth, born in a circle of mushrooms by the old pine tree surrounding by purple hyacinth blossoms. Her brother, sadly, was still born and Ayala mourns him still by his tomb in the graveyard. She sometimes sleeps by his stone when she is sad or sick for comfort. Her mother took the time to say goodbye to her and him in her old age and so Ayala wasn't unhappy about the losses for long. The one mystery that Ayala instinctively wants answered is... Who is her father?
This lore below, that Ayala's truly wild, unnamed mother taught her, was learned from the rabbits at Efrafa in Watership Down on a day when she rescued one of them, from a snare.
"All the world will be your enemy, princess with the thousand enemies. And whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first, they must catch you.. *wink*. Digger... Listener.. Runner... Princess with the swift hooves. Be cunning, and your people will never be destroyed..."
She's still waiting to see rainbows with bated breath.
