That's really rough.. I personally would not know what tumors do with a brain exactly, but if she has never been like this before it is hard to assume she means it. Our brain does control everything, after all.

I like the idea of her fading into simplicity. A mundane but pleasant way to play her.

@ Kiww: (Yes I figured rofl) Yeah, it is a shame.
@ Mis: It really depends on where they are located to affect a person in certain ways. Hers are in the frontal lobe which is the main control center for anything personality related.
@ Global: Yes, that is exactly where they ware. Four of them. They have shrunk apparently, but she is still terminal. It just makes me sad that she would say those things to us, but to anyone else that visits her, they are greeted with open arms. I think she means it, but what can we do. Not much.

Even for someone like me who has been married for 2 years and in a relationship with the same man for…7 years now? Valentine’s Day is still not my favorite holiday, there’s too much pressure to “OMG, be romantic, RIGHT NOW!” so it just feels stressful and artificial. It’s a day where if men don’t come home with flowers, they are in trouble. It’s the absolute WORST day to go out for dinner, the restaurants are too crowded and serve substandard fare as a result. And I remember the feeling of those Valentines Days where I wasn’t with anybody. “Singles Awareness Day” we called it. Absolutely wretched holiday.

So chin up, carry on with your day like you normally would. Don’t let some stupid holiday impose artificial timelines on your life. Can’t force any of it. Things will happen as they are meant to happen. I’ve always believed that. <3

My Valentines day pretty much involved slicing and shaving meats. I ate two cookies, was given a cadbury rose chocolate by one of the staff randomly, THAT WAS NICE and now Im about to go to drumming. I wish your beer robot chicken popcorn adventures the best.
