Did some romping around. Found Leo and bunny Su-mi in the poppy patch. Rested with them for a long time. Head to the ruins and wandered around. Found Osiris and a few others nearby. Danced, spelled and had a great time. Walked around with Osiris and gave him lots of nuzzles. I quite like this little one. Very polite and sweet, I hope to see him around more. Lead him to the Great Oak and told him that I had to go back "home." One thing's for sure, I'll be back in the forest tomorrow.

It seems fitting that my first entry begins with a birth. Well I think it does anyway. Ever since a month ago or so I have heard the forest whispers that new life would come here. Nadya and Leo. I'd never really thought much about it, until around 3 days before the birth. Not sure what happened then. I even heard about the birth from Su-mi, I think she's the godmother.

Suddenly, the importance of the birth increased. I started to really think about it. About what a miracle this was. It seemed impossible that across so many generations, so many stories and pasts could meet. It was even crazier to think that so many cells could come together to make one being. It's a miracle that no one really notices. It's like.... calling the moon. A bigger miracle is that know one knows which way life will go.

I overslept by the pond and freaked out when I woke up. I was worried that the birth was over. Tore through the forest saw the poppy field and slowed to a walk. I greeted Su-mi and took awhile to find a good tree that wasn't too close or too far from Nadya and Leo. I started thinking about my life, the many twists, turns and dead ends. Thought about the many “homes.” All those closed doors, unhappy people and all the beginnings that just curled up and ended. How no one could've known that by the time I was a teen my parents would be gone, that I would never belong to any where or any one. That I'd have a past that was a lot less then happy.

I will first tell you about me and how I got here; I was looking up on youtube about a game called Endless Ocean, after I watch few of the videos, I saw a game that caught my eyes, called The Endless Forest. So I click on few of the videos about the game and I want to try it out and check on the website/community. I like how the game start with a deer in the middle of darkness, I think that is very clever. I read some of the "Game Info." and "News" on the website. I haven't try playing yet (after this blog?)
Ok now about me: I am 16 years old, lives in U.S.A, love to eat BBQ (mostly ribs), I love animals, I would do anything EXCEPT being bad, my parents think: I'm nice, caring, helpful, curious, and joyful.
Finally it's time to talk about my new friend **MissMoon** or I like to call her Moon.: Moon is a day old, wants attention, care for others, really shy, outgoing, curious, loves to play and goof off, sometimes get into trouble (what you expect? She is young...), and if needed: defending herself, run away from strangers.

I've been roleplaying most of my life so I'm pretty comfortable with it, but I still feel like I don't really know what I'm doing here and like I'm not going to fit in. I haven't really fit into any RP community before and I just don't think my characters are good enough compared to everyone else's, and I also feel like I'm probably annoying people in-game even though I mostly keep to myself and try to pay attention to other deers' body language. What can I do to improve?

Well, I just discovered this species, and I think it's really curious o_O. I would share it with people who didn't know it too.

I've a bunny shapeshift on me, and I've finally turned adult, but everytime I try this it doesn't work. D8

So... I`ve been thinking of making a new character. Which people do all of the time. Normally, I`d likely have smacked together a bio and played out my character in forest. Which is kind of where my problem comes in.

I seem to a bit of a problem actually developing my characters, for a few reasons. Normally, my new character stays active for a few days, and then I quickly lose interest. I think the reason why is because of potential problems that come with development. Large scale plots, say, and the fact that sometimes IC actions are taken personally. I don`t want to become inadvertently involved in some sort of fight.

Another reason for this is the fact that it`s sometimes hard to act out your character ICly in forest. I definitely admire the people with these amazing, in depth characters that are able to get along so well in forest (Not necessarily get along, in that sense, but in acting out their character and establishing relations, whether they be good or bad.)

One example would be of my Hoshidu. He`s supposed to have a pretty insecure character, which led to him being slow to approach others in forest. After a while, I slacked off with him.

A character that lasted longer was my Wayfarer. I acted her out somewhat OCly, and managed to do a pretty good job I hope XD. She`s not too active as of now, but I`m not planning to delete her any time soon.

So, any ideas? I`d really like to create this character, but I`m afraid of the same thing happening. I don`t want her (it`s a she) to become like most of my others, inactive after a few days. I also don`t want to become involved in any type of drama.

She may or may not actually become a character. It`s not a big deal, really, but I`d like to know what you guys think! :3

(Btw, the character`s name would likely be Hyacinth. I understand that Seed has a character with the same name, so I can change it, if need be.)
