has a mind of its own. The glitches are back. I know you guys don't want to hear about all the freakiness that seems to materialize from my computer, but I love The Endless Forest, and I want to tell you about it. I now play the game as an administrator (this had solved my picture problem). Playing the game as an admin allows me to take and access the screenshots that go into my folder. Except, for the past week, my PC has been playing a cruel joke on me, every time I want to play the game as an admin to take pictures. I believe that the glitch is a result of the past old versions of TEF that I installed (in the one that I saw the pig-deer, 2.02; some of you know what I mean).

Anyway, I usually play the game in a large window. But whenever the glitch happens, the game automatically goes to fullscreen, no borders or anything to get out of the game. The language on the menu is stuck in either Polski or Dutch. My deer...looks like he's been starving he's so skinny. And the forest....there are no landmarks, no grass, no trees, no crying fountain, no twin gods, no ruins, no playground, no nothing. There is nothing beyond the nothingness. It feels eerily lonely, being the only really messed-up looking deer in a completely wiped forest. When I go to where the ruins should be, there are just shadows on the ground where the stone is supposed to be placed. The hole in the middle of the ruins, though, looks even deeper and creepier than it does in the actual game. My deer can moo, but he blows black bubbles and doesn't make a sound. His face looks as if someone took a frying pan and smushed it in with the end of it. It always gave me chills when I saw the void. It came more readily in the glitch than in the game. You could get to the void just by falling asleep in the glitch. Although I'm the only deer in the glitch, when I get to void by sleeping, there are other deer I observe in sleep mode, staring me in the face. No eyes, either...

I had downloaded The Endless Forest a while back using my Windows laptop and I would really appreciate it if I was able to download it on Mac?

Introduction.

Everyone here is capable of having an open discussion.
It seems like something we might actually all enjoy and look forward to - but so far it hasn't been done correctly. We want to share our ideas. We want to get things off our chests. We want to write our opinions, be heard, contribute, and reciprocate with each other - and we can.
There's a certain way of approaching and introducing (sensitive) topics and ideas without the post being completely blown out of proportion (which we have all seen so many times already), but it needs to be done carefully.
I created this suggestions blog to generate an effective list to be used as a smart reference for future discussion posts, and hopefully minimize conflict and negative feedback for people wanting to discuss something in particular.

Phew, here we go:

Miscommunication is an issue.

It is possibly the biggest issue on TEFc. Remember that this is a world of text, so it's extremely important to clearly communicate the idea you are wanting to discuss.

• To receive effective feedback, an effective post is needed to carefully introduce the material you want to discuss.
• Remember: every individual that responds has had their own personal experiences, usually a foundation on which their perspective(s) developed.
• More.

Questions and ideas needing clarification.

• How to properly introduce an issue, idea, topic, etc., without seeming overly-opinionated, biased, offensive, etc.
• Should opinion be mentioned at all in the original body post or remain completely neutral?
• Discussion vs. Debate
• When does discussion become a debate?
• Does opinion alone trigger debate?
• How to avoid / diffuse escalating conflict.

I'm officially a stag now. With the help of La I was able to achieve my new look. I feel that I look sufficiently trickster, if I do say so myself.

The next day I had decided to take my new found stag magic to forest. The day had started like any other, I immediately got my hooves on some magic. A sleeping deer happened to be nearby (uweheheh). From that sleeping deer's dreams I pulled a prank so large, that it would shape the course of a new found friendship. I found a deer with no pelt and zapped 'em with a new one. They seemed a little upset at first but, then I realized he wanted help! They wanted my magic prowess to help 'em achieve the pelt of their dreams. It took a bit, but by the Twin Gods, I did it. I got 'em their pelt, but their antlers. Their antlers were normal and unflashy. That took even longer, but no magic is too much for Vaq, Paragon of Pranks, Master of Magic! I'm proud to say I got that deer everything they wanted. And I feel like I made a new friend today.

So I thought I would make a little blog to display my characters, write a little blip about them and such.

Okay, here goes!

Yngve - A Gentle Giant you could say, looks rather intimidating because of his size, but he is not. Yngve tends to put most before him, caring towards them. He is a solemn bull as well, formal towards everyone he meets. And he also is one to show respect to those who show him respect.

Trekka - A small fawn, smaller than normal, and with that is rather timid around adults. To other fawns she is like any fawn. When she gets used to strangers she is a playful child. Loves to use the magics on those she meets, and loves to play in the water.

Unknown Doe - Human faced with a mop of black curly hair, and a gold headpiece with two long feathers and an array of other feathers, another pair hang down on either side of her face, and are draped upon her curly hair. Her pelt is a mix of violets and blues, a sort of nebula like effect, with a white face. Can't describe her facial features yet. (This character is coming soon. Might start her out as a fawn as well.)
