Stirring awake from her spot beneath a bare-branched Oak tree, queer, red eyes blinking away the sleep that had formed during her unconscious state, the youthful doe took in the vacant environs around her with her slowly-adjusting oculars; night had fallen, a blanket of darkness stretching its way across the land. The only source of light was produced from a countless expanse of luminous stars, as well as a fine cast of illumination from a rather plump moon that sat high in the sky. Nevé preferred to slumber during the daylight hours, seeing as her albinism handicapped her sight when the sun was out; during the evening and nighttime, though, she became more active and wasn't limited to the shaded protection that the forest provided.
Bringing herself to her cloven feet with a small 'humph, the white hind took a moment to stretch her stiff muscles before wandering away from her snoozing location. Her hooves carried her aimlessly, as she didn't have a particular area she intended on visiting. A left, right, and half-circle later, she found herself standing before a moonlit collection of titanic boulders. The gray rocks were turned silver in the rays, and Nevé couldn't help but admire the spectacle for a few moments. She brought herself out of the awe-induced trance, at least long enough to encourage her legs to move again, this time bunching her physique and springing nimbly atop the first of the over-sized stones. Deciding that she would spend some time in this particular spot, the petite deer settled down and brought her frontal limbs beneath her, tucking them under her chest while her hind quarters lounged on their haunches.
