Lykh

-To note, most of this is a WIP, so things like a height chart or more story will hopefully come along with time-
-A B O U T-

Appearance

Lykh is quite..unusual. She is massive, towering high above the normal deer. Her whole body - save for her face - is covered in very dark grey feathers, which fluff up and make her look even bigger than she is. White, short fur on her face and on the inside of her ears. Two red spikes grow on each side of the top of her nose. Her curved antlers aren't necessarily big in comparison to the body, but they have a bit of an imposing appearance. Unlike the less horrifying deer, the short fluffy tail is replaced by a long, black, plated tail - which is quite mobile, a lot like a whip, but not exactly strong if it coils around something. Sharp teeth are easily spotted on her muzzle.

Personality

Quiet and reclusive, Lykh is often seen in the more hidden parts of the forest. She really barely goes out, and when she does, she usually haunts places such as the giant hollowed tree or the graveyard.
If approached, she will generally ignore you unless you either seem interesting enough or bug her, well, out of her mind. Her replies are alwaysmostly snortsdamn grumpyface.
However, if you get to know her enough, she can be quite funny and particularly protective of those she considers friends. So, deep under all those feathers and teeth, there's a bright, warm heart ready to show itself to the world.
Except in the mornings, Lykh will always bite in the mornings.

-O T H E R-
-She has a fascination for bones.-
-She sleeps through most of the day.-
-She finds nicknames of her name unpleasant, but no one's come up with a nice one yet.-

More to come as stuff happens. Most of this just came to me as I was writing thiiiis.

Artwork and fun

I really love graphic design and I have an obsession about posters ... Recently i found some of the beautiful Abiogenesis posters and I was amazed by their delicate compositions..so now i just want to do TeF posters just for fun...maybe when I finish all my classwork I´ll be able to do some more gifs, concepts and something about graphic design using some forest pics : DD

The Diary of Seed, 4-2-14

[=darkgreen]

I encountered Honeyfur and Phobos again today; I've mainly met Phobos through her, so I can't say I know him well, but I hope our acquaitance will continue nicely, and deepen well. For a time, we sat in peace and quiet in the First Forest, enjoying the solitude. I made some resolutions to be more visible, and to shake off the shyness plaguing me lately, if I could manage it.
And also, to attend to my obligations, which I've been neglecting horribly.
Like these diary entries.
Well, my sighs will improve nothing.

Eventually, restless spirits rose to the forefront, and Honeyfur and I began to play about. At first, Phobos remained cemented in his own thoughts, and would not budge, but eventually sprang to life.
After a while, I began running a sort of obstacle course through a likely-looking string of mushroom-bearing trees, just tight enough to weave back and forth through them while hopping. After a while, I noticed Phobos was playing the same game I was, alternating which side of the tree he crossed with each tree. I was pleased to see it, because it's not something I see other people do: make obstacle courses with rules, I mean.
A fawn joined us, and we began picking up the pace. I soon found I had to slow down to turn in time to cross the small gaps between the trees, using skids to control my turns while keeping the momentum up...
It was a difficult enough task that I didn't notice when everyone else scampered elsewhere while I was circling, and had to hurry and catch up.

And then we came to play at the logs at the base of that mushroom circle'd hill, down by the ruins.
Seen from almost any angle, those logs are the same to me as to any other: a place to root around for mushrooms, a place to sit and laugh, a hurdle to clear in a single leap...

But from one angle, just one... It remains the last place I saw my first love, a warmly-scented place, steeped in memory.
