How do I put boxes or tables on my page/blog/account? I know how to structure them, just not get them on there..

Hey, guys - long time, no see! I've been caught up in life... incidents, if that's how you'd like to describe being hospitalized after a car wreck, along with a multitude of other issues. Some of you may know about the horse of mine that passed away in April - my beloved mare, Willow.
