Oh God, lol, that second one XD It's so weird when your brain tricks you into believing a dream is reality...

Well I had a weird dream three days ago. It was about dolls and they slaughtered my mother and kept on spawning weird doll books. :C

@Inufur: Urgh, dolls... They just belong in nightmares, am I right?... I once had one where a doll was chasing me up a mountain and wanted to eat me...

@Jookie It sounds even better. I always wondered how it would feel to be an animal!

@Chicken Had to laugh at that. I never saw the dolls in my dream but I knew they were there. Now I have a fear of dolls.

I have had three reoccurring dreams of the same world just different locations.

First I remember seeing a two story house, twisted in an odd shape that is not livable but still recognizable. It is surrounded by water and marshes. The sky is dark and cloudy and all around it are dock poles with no docks. I approach it and a long plank leads to the twisted attic. inside the attic are my stuffed toys and I pick up the one I had since birth and hug it. I can only assume this is a symbol of a sort of "twisted innocence" due to the traumatic events of my life at that time and there on. In the same dream I appear on a bridge that is in my town. Very easy to recognize. Suddenly a volcano explodes and when the smoke clears everything is either on fire or covered in solid, cold, dry lava. Shacks and make shift homes are everywhere. The city looks like a post apocalyptic steam punk world.

Dream 2:
Same world though the sky is less dark and more a warm grey. Everyone is gathered at a large hotel where they feed them and house them. I go through a bit of an adventure with some people but I can't remember what. My mind jumps from myself to other "characters" in the dream and I wake up from it with no incident.

Dream 3. I visit the house again but my toys are gone, the place makes me feel numb and almost brain dead. I leave and we ( a randomly materialized friend) go down what looks like an ancient asian market place or some foreign market. The roads twist and turn, are close and have things hanging from the tops. It is crowded and loud but not scary. We end up in this huge restaurant thingy and we try to go through get lost, denied then thrown out.



since then I havn't had a dream about it but gosh darn it I want to visit again. I even want t make a comic based on the world but have no idea what to do with it.

What I find cool is that my dreams (of that place) are so vivid I can remember them as if they were memories and not dreams.

Hmm.... there is one dream I do remember vividly, though I was young.

I woke up in the room, and was thrown out of my bed. I could actually feel the impact. I turned and saw what looked like a skeleton robot thingie. At that time, I was extremely afraid of skeletions. Naturally, I ran to my moms room down the hall, where my mom and younger brother were watching Teletubbies. I watched the opening, but I think their was a scary part, so I ran back to my room after that. Of course, the thing was still there and was still turning into a skeleton thing. So after a gpt up- I was thrown to the floor again- I screamed and ran back to my moms room, everything turned white, and I woke up

Then there was another time when my dad told me what carbon monoxide was, and I had dreams about fleeing my house while holding my breath, and woke up holding my breath.

And then there was a recent one, where I was in the front rows of a Queen concert after listening to said music all day

All of my dreams are lucid dreams now. I know from the get go that I am dreaming and can control it. Not sure how that happened...I kinda contribute it to a lot of real world stress and traumatic events that sort of "locked" my imagination and so I am constantly aware of reality or something. *shrugs*

@FeintHearted: A lucid dream was what started this thread XD Well, half-lucid... I only got lucid when my brain was telling my body it was being stupid for feeling the pain of the dream's protagonist XD
And dear lord, that sounds so awesome... I don't have lucid dreams that often, the last real one I remember was one where I ended up single-handedly taking down an alien invasion with one laser gun XD

I -might- get dreams related to the video games I play sometimes if I severely OD on them during the day but it's rare TwT;;

This one time I didn't even have to play the game, just obsess about it and want it enough and suddenly I was a hunter in one of my dreams, pouncing on survivors XD
