_{*I understand that the forest is a peaceful place, so too is the community.

*I will refrain from using foul language in my posts unless a clear warning is provided.

*I'll be willing to help newer players within, and outside the forest with their questions.

*I will try to the best of my ability, to comment about stories, artwork, and TEF related submissions in a positive fashion, only critiquing through private messages.

*I sha'll refrain from exercising public humiliation to another player through rants, artwork, etc.

*If there resides a problem between another player and myself, I will express my emotions towards them in a mature fashion, keeping such to private messages/emails/chat applications.

*I will be willing to go 'out of character' in forest if it means helping another player, greeting another that is lonely, helping a nameless, or guarding a fawn.

*I won't let in-character/forest actions affect me as a player, merely the character I'm playing.

*I understand that being spell casted upon isn't an aggressive action, so I will not act aggressively in return.

*I will not edit the game files in order to obtain god-only pelts/antlers/abilities.

*I will listen if someone points out that my actions are effecting another in a negative fashion, and act upon their suggestion.

*I sha'll refrain from including public rants to the community site/letting my foul mood effect the way I play in forest.

*I sha'll include public suggestions for the community site if I see fit, and ask for polite, mature responses in return.

*I will not let a small number of comments stop me from writing/drawing/doing poetry/etc. I will simply continue what I love to do and not beg for attention.

*I understand that this site is not a popularity contest.

*I will encourage unseen stories/artwork/drawings/poetry/blog entries through small advertisement for that other player's work if necessary.

*I will not steal artwork / stories from other players / sites without permission.

*If someone asks for my forgiveness, I will forgive them and in turn create a new friend.

*I understand that no part of the forest can be claimed, and it belongs to everyone.

*I will not spam the community site with repetitive posts.

*I will not become angry if another deer is found wearing the same set as my deer.

*I will try my best to contribute to the community in a positive manner.

*I will be willing to ask questions and answer them if I know how to.

Though I might suggest an amendment to the following:

*If there resides a problem between another player and myself, I will express my emotions towards them in a mature fashion, keeping such to private messages/emails/chat applications.

I would like to add:

-Unless outside contact is impossible, in which case I will bring it up to them in a private blog meant only for them and delete it once our matter is settled.

which then brings about:

*I will not 'take sides' or attempt to 'defend' my friends in private matters that do not directly concern myself or my deer as I realize that getting involved only further escalates the problem.
