Note: Endriaga can generally be assumed to be resting with Phaios or hanging around in a tree nearby [but likely will not be logged in]. Not a deer as she was before, but instead a miniature dragon.

How many years has it been?
Has spent the last few months with little in the way of drama. Content to be bored most of the time, although she does at times feel quite lonely. As such, she has been happily reconnecting with Illrose and Carmine when she comes across them. In particular, surprised and incredibly grateful when first Illrose and then Carmine sought her out in the deep fog of October and stayed with her for a number of days until it passed; the mist bound her senses uncomfortably and left her on edge and feeling blind, but having a steady presence greatly eased that stress.
A little more melancholy now that the snow has arrived, often lost in thought. Not really a fan of the cold. Spending a little more time around Eraline's grave when she's on her own.
"Ah... I'm sorry," she
Her gaze follows his to the ruins, only to snap back at his final statement. A child... But surely there were many children, even though she only knew of one. Her brow furrows as she takes sudden interest in the nearest blossom. "Such things - such pain - is difficult to forget."
"As I am aware.. It has been
(( This was fun! ;3 I hope these two get to meet again sometime! ))
Phaios peers up again, eyes
As their trek takes the pair alongside the ruins, her attention diverts to the two markers with meaning to her - one at each end - but she makes no remark about the stones.
In fact, it seems the only words she can manage to untangle from the new knot in her throat come when Walter announces his desire to sleep.
"Rest well. I do hope we meet again... And that time is easier for you between now and then." The doe lingers for a moment, then leaves him to the peace of the woods.
[Yes, it was~ o3o I've seen Walter's name around for as long as I can remember, and somehow in four years none of my deer have managed to meet him. Imagine my surprise to see him standing in front of Phai!]
Walter: "Herla is lonely, go
Phaios: "???"
Walter: *Bangs head off tree*
Oh the confusion! xD
lmao! Is THAT what he wanted?
I can't see Herla. She's way away :<
Edit: And I think we're about to get dinner, so I will not be offended if Walter wanders away if Phai stops responding.
'Tis fine, it's 5:15am here
"As usual, thankyou my dear. Your company is truly something I can appreciate, along with the rest of your.. Wonderful features.."
trying to get a mini spell
Ohnoes :<
I'm not getting any spells at
I've got one. Who're you
Try sitting a little farther away and letting the deer sleep for 5-10 seconds before you get up.
yes, gray deer. one more
one more time, I'm gonna try, and me and my deer are gonna hit the sack. So tired. ;_;
I think for some reason it
what's she excited about ?
lol, it was an amused remark
Hai. :]

"I'm sorry, Walter. I'm not
"If they harm you, I will
The doe blinks, taken aback
Who knows what will be
It's why he never gave specifics. x)
But nice to see Phaios again, as always. She's one of the few deer that doesn't purposely avoid/confront Walter when he comes over these days. =P
rofl Ah, she's pretty
Ah, she's pretty pacifistic most of the time, and Walter's generally been good to her x3
Fffff. Never even saw Phai
I was wondering. I think I
I kept that window up while I was trying to get a second one to connect, and the second window couldn't see the first for some reason, though the first could see the second - so I'm not entirely surprised.
(No subject)
"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

Alcinda - Thanks :3
Kaoori - ♥!! Glad we finally managed to catch you today.
I lol'd at Phaios's update.

"Oh Phaios, it has been far too long", she would draw nearer, close to a single ear if given the chance. "Beautiful as ever".
I lol'd at Sianna x3 "It
"It has been a while, hasn't it?" she agrees, though her ear flicks back when tickled by Sianna's nearness. Ahm. Bubble? Where'd you go? "Ah... I don't know about 'beautiful,' but thank you. How have you been?"
"Too long, we should see each
Phaios brushes off Sianna's
"Hard times?" She tsks. "That's a shame. Why so?" Tilting her head to one side, she continues, "I haven't many woes of my own today; it's been rather quiet, of late, with so many of those I know gone."
The phoenix hardly cared if
Due to the others, what would be taken as receptiveness, unknowing to their lack of knowledge in her ways of speaking, would take full advantage of it... to the fullest. "It's hard to talk about", she would sigh painstakingly, "I took in a fawn, and she got killed. I loved that little fawn... and she was just... snatched away, in the blink of an eye", she played this out well enough, left no room for potentially lying, and these signs would not show through body language or tone. "I don't like many fawns, but this was...", and she stopped there to shed a tear, even if it were hidden beneath her mask. The choking back on certain parts would likely say enough.
Latched onto the other, or rather leeched onto her. "I am sorry Phaios", she would continue to sniffle well into addressing this. "I am here if you want to talk. Nice that today has not brought you a ton of trouble though".
--
Don't feel like you have to match that.
She wasn't quite certain how
Sianna's 'confession' is what truly catches her off-guard, however. Her brows knit together with concern and sympathy, eyes clouding with old sorrows. "Oh, Sianna... I'm so sorry. Truly, I am." No wonder the other was so clingy! Phai moves to touch the side of her muzzle to one of the phoenix's ears in a comforting guesture as she sniffles. Poor dear!
"I've sheltered and lost many... It's difficult. The burden gets a little lighter with time, though," she murmurs softly. And yet Sianna was still offering to be an ear to her? "Oh, no, dearest. I'm quite fine, truly, and you've plenty to worry over without others right now." It simply wouldn't do, laying weight on an already laden doe missing her child. Not at all! And she hadn't been feeling too weighty, lately, either... Nostalgic, perhaps, and sometimes lost in thought, but not so crushed as she had been in months past.
'You are too kind' would ring
The phoenix would soak in in the others concern and sympathy, drinking it like a cool, crisp glass of water. When the other finished and even touched their muzzle to the side of an ear, felt she had done well. Surely the doe was clueless. "Oh... time heals all wounds", she assured the other of knowing, though the pain was still evident in her voice.
Sianna would tilt her head and remove that mask of hers, revealing by now glossy and red eyes, tears glistening and warm. She would hide this away though, burying her face into the other neck, slowly letting a sense of victory dry her eyes. Once sobbing had subsided would lift her head again, taking to gently and affectionately grooming the other wherever possible. "You are amazing", she said lowly. "Like I said, you make it better".
A blink. She'd never seen
Phaios allows the other to soak her fur in as many tears as she needs to, occasionally offering a gentle nudge of reassurance in the places she can reach. When Sianna lifts her head again, the brown-furred doe smiles faintly. "Ah... I told you... I've loved and lost many times. It's a hurt I'm unfortunately familiar with. If you ever need to talk about it, I'm willing to listen."
Clueless indeed.
Took in all that the other
Her head cocks to one side as
'I would not hurt you.' Phaios can't help but smile dimly at that, her eyes fixed somewhere far off. She'd heard that one before - and the nature of the memory Sianna evoked with her very existence left a bittersweet taste of irony lingering on her tongue.
"Do you remember," she starts after a few moments, "that fight with Ravus? It was a long time ago, seems like." A brief pause. "I got my memory back, then. I suppose I should thank you for it, in an odd way."
"Suppose you're right", the
Phaios nods slightly. "Yes...
The doe's eyes wander skyward, trying to judge how time had gone by. Well, that would explain her growing drowsiness. "My mind tends to wander when I'm tired." She gives a light laugh, hardly more than a few bursts of passing air between her nostrils, in hopes of perhaps brightening the mood a tad.
[Oops, it's almost 3am xD Gonna have to go after the next post or two.]
Listened intently, though
Had it been allowed, Sianna would slide from the others back and curl into their side. "You should sleep", she would lull the other, "I will be here when you wake", she assured even if the other didn't care. The laughter the other had made had not went unnoticed, though the phoenix hardly felt like falling into that, so would remain as she were, cuddling into the other had they allowed it.
--
Time did fly by there.
Sleep well. (:
"No... Not a bad thought." A
A yawn escapes her at the thought of sleep. "Mm... It probably wouldn't be a bad idea." Her brows lift when the phoenix states she'll be staying, curious... but surely Sianna didn't want to be alone, and surely Phai could tolerate some company. The doe hadn't been unpleasant, after all - if a bit clingy. Well, alright then. "It probably wouldn't hurt you, either," she muses. That whole 'tough times' business. Laying her head down, she murmurs, "Good night, then."
[It did xD Thank you~ And you, too!]
*tracks* I'm that tiny fawn
<3
She's adorable
she's not afraid of rabbits,
Pffffft. No! Who would be
Only the giant ones ;-;
