The forest is so large and yet I remain small.

I threaded them through my small spikes for safe keeping.
Wouldn't want them escaping now would I?
I would expand, but you're not privileged to that information.
You may see me wearing red in the forest, but it is only a mark left by the Twin Gods to better identify me.
Underneath the hue I have the Great Argus Pelt.
I would prefer you think of me as wearing that pelt regardless of my small stature.
If I could wear it forever I would, but the magic prevents such decoration.
Some days I may escape their gaze and be as tall as the others of the forest. "

As far as description goes:
Her physical stature/size/body shape reference is pretty much the picture of the dik-dik linked in her bio.
She just has the normal Great Argus pelt.
She does not have a human face, she has a 'real deer' muzzle in colours that match her pelt.
She has the arrow antlers but they're much smaller (see the Dik-Dik picture above for size ref) and the feathers are tied around with thread. She only has four feathers tied to the small antlers. One red and one blue tied to each horn.
