when i go to the statue thing i try to pray at it but it wont let me and i really want to be white and i am a stag but i don't know how to be a fawn ether.
edit: Also you won't be able to save the magic spells that change your appearance. Once your deer matures into an adult stag (31 days give or take from now), you will be able to have permanent spells.
Wolfgirl your connection might not be strong enough to connect successfully to the game. We have a very rough server.
Still, it's worth a try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, sometimes that fixes issues for players.
Also, did you click the link activating your account in the email sent to you by the Tale of Tales team? You will need to do that before logging into the game with your account.

Ohh~ So lets say a deer gives you a pelt,antler,mas etc. you're going to have it but you need to save it and when it disappears you have to load it....hmmm and how do you do that? How to save and load it back? :3 XD I'm also new here...so sorry for the stupid beginner questions..
Just remember to load before quitting or the game will automatically save the default pelt or another set if someone casted spells on you and you haven't removed them.
I tried to pray at ABIOGENESIS i think and I got the white pelt,then I saved but when the pelt disappeared I tried to load it back but it didn't turn white again....does that work only when someone casts a spell on you? Or did I do something wrong? XD
You can get the Devout Pelt to stick on your deer so it will act like a normal pelt, but you can do that only in the older version (3.31 I think).
Also there is the Red pelt you can get by going through the Crying Idol but it will disappear after you'll log out, so you'll have to get it back each time you log in or go into the water. Also, when you wear it, nobody can cast spell on you anymore. So if you want someone to cast something on you, you'll have to remove it.
Only very old versions of TEF can save the white pelt you get from praying. When you're playing a newer version, the pelt will eventually disappear.
If you really like having white fur, there is the swan pelt which is white with dark grey around the fetlock (the deer's ankles) and a smudge of grey across the eyes. :>

When we play the game for awhile we eventually know the ins and outs! The art that you see are from the actual person or someone else did them. Everyone's account is unique, we create all sorts of things for our accounts and characters!
