Please be aware that in order to log into Version 3.13 of the game, you must be logging in with a First Generation Pictogram ONLY. Newer generations can not be played with version 3.13. The newest version of the game (available via the Download link at the top of the site) supports all pictogram generations.
I've recently re-installed the game, and whenever I try to log in, it does not connect me. The network status just keeps saying "Connecting...", and it never takes me to the login screen. It also usually says "0 players online". Do you know why this is? (Also, my internet works just fine.) Thanks!
