Can't Connect Please Help >-<

I found that more people come here instead of the forum so I'm hoping to find help here. Hi I'm new, I've seen the game and am just now deciding to check it out. I access the game but it seems that I can't connect! It shows that it has an error (that occasionally flickers saying that its trying to connect but immediately goes back to error) and that 0 players are online. It won't even give me a login option. I really was hoping to play with other players >-< I've tried looking at older posts that had solutions and I've tried all that I could find! If anyone else has had this issue or if you know how to fix this, I would love the help! I really look forward to get to play with some of you!

That happened to me earlier

That happened to me earlier today. If you have Windows 10, there's a fix to help it work. If not, then all I can suggest is to try again. The login and things appear once you are connected to the server, which is the part you are getting hung up on. Sometimes admins kick us out to make changes or updates, but if that were the case, none of us would be in.

Hope this helped a bit, and maybe someone else has a better fix for ya.

Thank you so much for getting back to me ^-^ luckily I do have windows 10! I'm glad to know that I'm not just being looked over and I appreciate whatever help you can aid me with o3o

Welcome! You may find some

Welcome!
You may find some useful information regarding connection troubles (and lots of other things!) here, although since you're running Win10 you'll probably find this thread in particular to be most helpful.

TEF is unfortunately a little quirky, but that's half the fun of it sometimes. We've gotten pretty good at making it work for us, so never hesitate to ask if anything gives you trouble! There's also lots of general information you might find handy over here.

Oh my gosh!! Thank you all so much ^-^ its good to know there are still people out there that care. I used the window's 10 solution and it worked! I'm connected ^.^ I can't wait to see some of you guys in game hopefully! Question though =/ by doing the solution (turning on direct play) do you know if it will effect anything else on my computer? Just to be safe ^^;

I'm still running Win7,

I'm still running Win7, personally, so I don't know what other effects it has. I'd imagine it would be mentioned on that thread if it caused any issues, though, and you could certainly reply to that topic to ask for more information from people who might have more knowledge about the subject.
