Can't play Endless Forest!?

Ok, the thing is, I'm having trouble with playing this game.

I only got it yesterday, and was really, really enjoying it... but whenever a random window pops up (e.g, telling me i need to plug in my computer to charge) the game flashes black, then to my desktop, then back to the game. After that, I can't click anything and whenever I do, it repeats the flashing thing. I cant even press the little x at the bottom to log out the game. The only thing I can do is switch off the computer.

My computer constantly popping up windows for me... so basically, this is driving me crazy!

I cant play the game for more than five minuets!

Can someone plz help me? Redface

Playing Version 2.02...

Today you probably did not see any of my characters in the forest; this was because I downloaded version 2.02 from Sluggs's The Endless Forest (Downloads) page. He explained that this version was rare--it had a huge mushroom ring right behind the crying fountain. But it was so old that it did not have the birch forest, either! Now, you can't take any pictures in this version, sadly, because M and A hadn't have come up with it yet. I can tell you what I saw, though! When my deer woke up, it was a nameless, even when I logged in. This version only allows you to see old 3rd gen pictograms, and the new ones are blocked out by a square of light over the deer's head, or just a dot. Most of the deer I also came in contact with were nameless, or were completely white, from antler to hoof in total whiteness. They also did not have any pictograms. I did see some minis wearing BLACK pelts, and I saw fawns having complete stag antlers, which you definitely don't see everyday...at least not when you play version 3.4.
When I had seen this mini with the black pelt sleeping, I sat next to it to get a spell. And that's when the pig-deer showed up. This deer had a major glitch; it was short and stout, and low to the ground. The deer looked fat, and had no neck, just a head on a pair of over-sized shoulders. I wanted to take a picture of this deer badly; it was a rare, yet funny glitch that doesn't seem to happen very often.

The fawns, when they sat down, looked like dogs when they bent their necks; and even seemed to pant like them. I could only see certain pelts, antlers, and masks on certain deer. And to my knowledge, I could see other players, but they could not see me.

RP, maybe? It's been awhile...

Since I am trying to develop Page a bit more in-forest-wise, I'd love if the person who chooses to RP with me is literate and has an established character to use. It may sound hypocritical, but I would like Page to make friends that will stick around.
Thank you for understanding!

-----

The first thing Page noticed about this place was that it was nowhere near endless. You'd start in one place and walk for what seemed like forever, only to wind up back where you started. Although it was very much a disappointment, it had its advantages. He always knew that if he continued walking, he'd wind up back where he wanted to be. There was no danger of getting lost in this place. It did make the forest feel small, though. Then again so did all of the deer. It was a heavily-populated corner of heaven. No wonder, since many deer had died over the years. But the things that weren't all-deer... he wondered how they got here.

The blue buck silently moved over the forest floor. He marveled at its eternal spring appearance. Emerald hues twinkled back up at him from the dewy moss, the grass taking on that bright green only new shoots could. He wondered if the world had reset while he slept. Mayhaps it did every day. Just mayhaps.

Instead of being graceful, the whitetail barged right into a tree. Antlers tangled in the young sapling's branches. "Teaches me to forget to watch ahead." The male grumbled, tugging and backing up in an attempt to free his black tines from the tree's clutches. Leaves hissed and fell around the stagling, shaken from the trees. Grunt, grunt, grunt, huff, grunt! Coal hooves skittered on the ground, not finding enough purchase to free the cervine. After a short struggle, Page decided to just wait for help...

... hanging there from the tree like a warped Christmas ornament. What an idiot.

Mest and his friends, good acquaintances!
P.S.

Forgive me(Brynja) for being so blind

The new and improved Brynja blog once it's done with testing. It's all under cut. Note that this character is roleplayed strictly in character and if you have a problem with her please contact me privately somehow.

Story/plots and dropbox

I hate to bother the community with these questions but I just want to know if it's okay to do stories/plots for characters without the fancy coding layouts(I'd like coding sure but i'm not adept at that at all. Not asking for it but just out of curiosity really).

And also is dropbox any good? I've been thinking about switching out what I use for my photo uploading and it would be nice to find a good one that;s better than photobucket. Any suggestions for it/is dropbox any good?
