To become a mini deer you will need someone else to cast a transformation spell on you. The transformation spells are random, so it will take some time to get the one you want. Once you have the mini deer spell, go into the game menu and select the 'save' set option. Next time you log into the game, your deer will be a mini again! Just be careful to always close the game with the quit option, and to make sure your deer is a mini when you quit, otherwise the game will over-write your save data with whatever your deer is wearing last.
