Sorry guys. I haven't been on for awhile. School is stressful! I'm trying hard to get on more often when I can ^_^

It has the form of a black beast,
a bringer of darkness and night.
It is covered in stolen fleece
and its presence brings conflict and strife.

It is a constant wanderer.
Its origin is unknown.
May mercy find the sufferer
who comes upon this horrid foe.

It is a conniving trickster.
It has never fought a fair fight.
Its intentions are sinister
and it has a great fear of light.

So be wary of the shadows,
for that is where it is found.
And listen, for its cries echoes
and sounds similar to a hound's.

I feel it within me
Paralyzing and freezing
This pain in my heart
Changing light into dark

What is this pain which I feel?
Causing damage which will not heal
Numbing my soul from inside
Till myself I cannot find

It leaves little of myself left
It will not be long till I am bereft
This emptiness that will be left
I believe it is called, loneliness.
