Alright so went on a different computer for TEF and it worked! The framerate was absolutely fantastic and everything was working good except the fact that TEF refused to connect to the network or show the login thing and so basically I just wandered around unable to interact for a good 10 minutes ;0; how can I fix this?
You have no idea how much I miss endless forest and playing it. My computer recently has lost its sound for some reason but everything else performs just fine, and I wanted to play some TEF and when I pulled it up everything was normal. The opening screen came on, but it did concern me when it was going at 1-3 frames per second. I have tried redownloading it, restarting my computer, doing all the things I can do to fix it but nothing is working and it continues to perform at a very slow pace which makes it pretty much unplayable. Anyone know why? How can I fix it?
So, I am about to ask a question that is extremely common in beginners like myself..... Can I have some help/tips to make my art better?
Okay so first off I can't really tell if I ama beginner still... I mean it's been about a year.. I started doing digital art at the beginning of 2015 with a simple computer mouse and on Christmas I got a wacom intuos tablet. Still even though the tablet made it 10000 times easier, I still can't create anything decent and my lines always come out wonky, my anatomy sucks, and let's just say it doesn't come out at all how I imagined it.
I use fire alpaca (latest version) and I love it, but there are features and things I don't know about that can help me out. First off when everyone (including myself) starts out witha rough sketch using a light color, than somehow magically makes it fade (I know how to use layers) and than adds a layer and traces it... I just sit there and stare and say "WTF, HOW DO YE DO DIS, SHOW ME LE WAYS" I watcha lot of speed draws, and tutorials, and actually I started doing some tutorials today and my art seemed to jump a level (it helped a lot) but the thing is, I still don't now some of the very basic things... I would really like to get help with the anatomy of deers/wolves and some basic shading and stuff so I can create a character that won't look like a lump of crap with decapitated deer limbs sticking out of it with a few hints of glitter... an what is that? Ah yes paint.
Can any of the experienced artists (or anyone really with some experience) help me out? Thanks!
Okay... so I pretty much loveee roleplaying and have visited many jcink sites. I had clicked on one that kind of stunned me for a minute, because not only did I see a lot of art that had been stolen and made into their own personal characters, I saw that they were being used for sexual and lewd roleplays. This is an 18+ site, but either way I got pissed when I saw that some of the art they used were actually from TEF and were STOLEN characters! Now they never claimed the art as their own or said in any way they created the art, they just claimed it and used it as characters. I need TEF, deviantart, I need anyone who is willing to try and stop them from taking more art as a few people were already bringing up art from TEF to use for their sexual roleplays! I don't want peoples art to be shown like this, and I bet you don't either. Mind lending a hand to help take down these people? We might no do much, but if it's really filled with mature 18+ people than maybe they might be understanding and bring it down.
Okay, so I had deleted TEF because I screwed up my computer and needed to relieve it of all things. Now I come back to download it, I download it and do all the little magical dances and hocus pocus magic.... XD and I get on and the title screen comes up and suddenly it drops to a sluggish movement. It takes nearly 5 minutes for the lighting to come in, about 8 minutes for the words "Th Endless Forest" to drop off the screen, and I manage to stand up and suddenly the screen goes off and back onto my homepage and says "The Endless Forest Is Not Working, So Ya, Blah blah blah"
I really miss this game, and would love to play it but I can't if I can barely move without waiting 5-10 minutes for the deer to lift it's hoof an inch off the ground. Any ways this can be fixed?
