*sneaks around*

Don't mind me. Just you're average little mini deer... running around the forest and changing unsuspecting deer into new forms while they sleep.
Don't mind the strange dreams..

Draw a fanbaby game

I think I've seen some games like these before, but I think it is about time for a new one ^^

Fanbabies! No need to be canon other than fun time. Unless you like the design and get dem permissions to use. Other then that just some jolly good 'ol fun time =D

Guidelines: (because every game needs em)

  • Before adding your own characters to the list, you gotta draw a fanbaby between any two of the previously posted parents to be. (The first two people; me + the next poster may post a fanbaby later due the small amount of parents to pick from)
  • You are welcome to just draw the fanbabies and have fun ;v
  • You can chose between any of the posted parents,(including your own) but never two characters from the same player.
  • Infertile combinations are totally plausible here.
  • Try to avoid canon TEF ships, think outside the box ;v
  • Please use the form at the bottom, it'll make your post more visible in between comments, the discussion and other misc.
  • Add a silly ship name to the baby and include the parents... or keep it secret for the other people to guess who's baby it is for added hillarity ;v
  • You can just do a sketch, but sometimes added colours are preffered due the colourful nature of some OCs <3
  • You may submit up to three characters per round!

Making Mini Me

I was sleeping. One is wont to do that at two-three in the morning. I had finally defeated the insomniac monster and was dozing lightly when I hear the familiar sound of a spell being cast.
Like the alarm first in the morning, I ignored it and rolled over, determined to get a few hours' worth of sleep before morning light came through my window.
But the sound happened again. And again. Deciding I would get this deer back in the morning ( or when next I saw) I opened the map to see who was closest to me so I could mark their picto for later.)
They continued casting while I had the map open and I decided to see who would be casting spells so early in the morning. I see this.

A deer, who was apparently midway in transforming me to look like them.
I had a changeshape spell all ready for them, but decided to see exactly how far they were willing to go to get a mini me.
Turns out, fifteen minutes and getting the set completed.
I snapped a few pictures,

But lost out on the chance to unleash my vengeance upon them.
It was sweet, in a sort of creepy way.
Totally transforming them if I see the pictograph again.

Fifteen Years of Japanese

I've been studying Japanese on and off for nearly 15 years. Largely self taught I had a tutor in my best friend in middle and high school, and managed to catch a year's worth of actual language and culture courses in university.
And it has taken me all of this time to realize what my own pictograph resembles.
I originally chose it because it looked interesting. It was the first picto that came up that wasn't a jumble of lines and a mess. But because it looked a little like a Japanese kanji.
I was amused by it, I liked it, and it was simple to remember what it looked like at the time.
A couple of years ago I switched my tally marks to using the Japanese system, not for any reason than because it's pretty, and because it's much easier to count the things I tally when my tally marks literally spell out 1-2-3-4-5.
And STILL I didn't realize what my pictogram resembled. Here it is, two in the bloody morning where I am. I can't sleep, and I'm watching the map while TEF plays in the background.
A soft lilting melody of frogs and water, wind and the stray lowing of another deer.
Through half closed eyes I look at the map and go...
"Huh... that's funny, that pictogram looks exactly like the number 5..."
TEN MINUTES LATER my stupid, fuzzy, sleep deprived brain goes..
"You idiot! THAT'S YOUR PICTOGRAM! You are literally the number 5!"
For anyone curious.

That is the Japanese number 5.

And there is my profile, with my own picto proudly on display.

Fifteen years of Japanese.
9 years of playing TEF
9 years of looking at my own Pictogram and thinking 'ha, it looks like a Kanji'
9 years of my brain not making the connection that I was wearing the number 5 on my head

Bloody hell am I an idiot.

Dandelion Wine (interaction/RP)

The eternal spring of the forest twittered on. Every day as the last, with only the smallest changes. New fawns were brought into the world in the usual way, and older deer passed on from the world as they did from time to time.
Rya stood among the dandelions, leaning down to closely watch the blossoms. For her, the only passage of time was watching the dandelions turn puffy so she could blow them away, sowing new golden blossoms along the forest floor.

A Forest Long Ago

Long ago, the forest was simply trees.
The deer played among the falling leaves and swaying grass. There was nothing within the forest, for the world need not exist outside of its greenery.
There was the trees, and a world beyond was unthinkable.
In the middle of the forest, where its bounties were thick, the poppies and dandelions grew around a massive oak. The tree rose like a beacon, calling to the deer to take shelter from the rain among his hollow belly. While he whispered softly to them with the voices of the spirits of the forest.
The goddess looked upon the forest, and the deer. She wept, for the deer knew not of the lovely sound of water. Of the trickling of a stream upon the stone.
She stood upon a hill within the forest, and her tears brought forth a stream. Within its waters, dragonflies sprung to live and willows grew with whispering fronds that tickled the water's surface.
Now the goddess wept, but wept in joy as the deer she once pitied frolicked within her waters.
The stream turned into a pond, and the forest's deer swelled with pride.
As the stream widened, a bridge connected its banks, and the deer found the stones to be warm and cool all at once. They napped upon the stones.
New deer, visitors from another forest began to frolic within the forest's endlessness. These deer carried the mark of the god. hey frolicked and played and while they rested, the native deer played around them, enjoying the bounty of the stream and pond that came from the goddess' happy weeping.
Soon, the world expanded, a dark, mysterious standing of stone rose from the soil, exposed as trees fell around it. The ruins of what might have been another being within the forest. A new deer came to this place, bringing with it the spirits of others. New stones rose to follow the deer, and the forest deer danced in glee.
The god and goddess stood upon the tallest hill.
