The Twin Statues are between the Pond and The Playground. Look at the black borders of your game window, you will see its icon.

If you are talking about De Drinkplaats. Its sign is a stone that looks like a sun of some sort. It is somewhere on the right of the Blue Bowl. Look at the map on the site, it is not shown but it is is somewhere on the top left corner of the map.
