Vessel turned around to find Clock trotting up to him. Good morning, Clock.

"Glad to see you've cheered up a bit, mister grumpy guts!" Clock flashed a crooked blue smile at him, beaming is constant cheeriness.

Why did you leave so suddenly yesterday? Vessel raised a brow in slight irritation.

"Ah, I had to be somewhere. One of my friends was expecting me, and I was running a little late, so I had to hurry!"

You did indeed. How do you run so fast?

"Full of questions, aren't we? Well, no matter! I'll be happy to answer them." Clock trotted up so he was next to the tan stag. "Any particular place you'd like to be?"

Vessel looked up in thought for a few moments. Perhaps the Twin Gods hill.

"Just what I was thinking. Hey, that's cool, we even think the same! Oh, I have a few questions for you too, if you don't mind." He started walking, the other immediately following.

Vessel sighed silently, Sure, go ahead...

Clock even seemed to walk faster than usual. Vessel had to gallop slightly to keep up with his pace. Clock tried to slow down, but he just kept speeding back up. He repeated the process of slowing down and speeding up until they reached the hill. Clock plopped down right infront of the left statue, facing away from it to see the view. Vessel sat infront of the right one, a little farther away from Clock. They both took a minute before saying anything.

"So... You first?" The red stag flicked an ear.

Uh... Oh, yes. So, how can you run so fast?

"One of the things granted to me when I gained my knowledge. Before I knew it, I was running past everyone else! Some say they see a little tail of energy following me when I run. I never really pay attention, though."

And how did you gain your knowledge? Vessel looked over to him, to find him sighing.
