Just a warning about Aleit's behavior....

If you've read Aleit's bio recently, you'd know that he is in a very odd mood. He's taken things more seriously than he really should have and is now nearly paranoid about everything.
So... when Aleit suddenly stops what he was doing and listens, he is looking for signs of anything that may harm the friends that are with him.

I know that there is nothing to worry about and that the forest just goes on, but Aleit thinks that as soon as he looks away, one of his friends will disappear. He also may act a little more possessive or defensive around his doe friends as he doesn't want any stags coming around to take them away where he'd never see/get to dance and hop around with them again. (But to the does with a mate, feel free to leave and be with your love, Aleit will just have to get over it CB)

His world has changed more than he wanted it to, so he's basically trying to rebel against the changes.

Remember, he's just in a weird state of mind right now, so it's best just to not worry. He's just a little confused.

The Diary of Seed, 11-23-09 (short and pictureless)

[=#006400]
A stranger sharpened his antlers on bark, raging against the tree. A couple nuzzled one another. A deer sat among the ruins in perfect, contemplative silence. And I wandered, looking for someone solitary and willing to aid me in the recovery of my pelt. I had little luck, though.

I walked for a while with a nice, but not-useful fawn (though I perhaps should have indicated my wishes, but...) and down at the lake, I ran with one of the gods. It's refreshing to see them about at times, even though I am both puzzled and suspicious a little -- the gods are very good at cloning themselves, it appears. I don't understand it, though I like to imagine. It was a nice run around the lake shore, with the water splashing beneath our hooves and the wind in our stripped-clean fur. He departed (in that form), and I at last spotted a familiar and largely-unoccupied pictogram, and knew it to be Virgil's. I ran to meet him, and after some intense and puzzling sniffing on his part (I do not know my own smell; it's an amazing mystery of the self. I can see my eyes and touch my flesh, hear the slide of my own voice, but I cannot smell my own scent.), we began running around the forest and hills. I love running. As we came to a stop, I at last directed him to my request for a new pelt, since him volunteering such did not seem forthcoming. It was not a long work today, which came as a relief. We had ended up at the ruins, where we began to play... Until I noticed a descending figure standing behind a wall.

I knew him, though only vaguely: his name was Kinsha. I greeted him, since he did have my acquaintance, and he didn't seem to notice. I wondered if he didn't see me, or if he didn't care... I hoped for the former, and decided I would make myself be seen. I know I am no ninja, and my skills at sneaking from behind him were horrible -- but it was a fun amusement, humming some action-filled song in the back of my head.

Debating: Is it Debatable?

Ladies and Gentleman, a debate is not an argument, nor is it a flame war, nor is it a /bad thing/.

If we are all the intelligent, mindful, creative people that I believe us to be, we should all be able to conduct, direct, and engage in a debate about whatever topic.

Attention! New Character!

I have officially made a new character! His name is Tristan. He is quite experimental but I'm very excited to begin using him. He is a fawn as of now and a biography will be made. I warn you know my plan is for him to change alot in adulthood!
Edit:: I actually decided no fawnhood. The character is much to mature. You'll all have to wait a month till he grows up! 8D

Nightmares

My eyes stared off into the distance. A figure, quite large sat there, motionless.
His bones hide his eyes and they merely appeared as black holes. Empty.
His jaw hung there loosley. The flesh barely holding it together. Teeth barely red.
Silence.
A small fly dabbled near the open jaws. It landed in them.
Slowly the jaws closed.
I winced and turned away. I glanced back and it was no more.
The nightmares return again....

A lil' do hickie. Bleh. Just some idea that popped in my mind while eating a burrito. :3

First person to comment...

Gets fanart!

Because I'm trying to get my scanner to scan properly and I think it'd be nice to draw something for someone.

Please don't just race and say "First comment!" and on another comment post what you want drawn; be fair now!
Also, would you add any special attributes your deer has so I get it right? For example, Seattle has goggles. So something like that.

Thank you!

Edit: Goodness I can't seem to type/spell/think today Sticking out tongue

Those who are dead, are not dead...

.
.
.

Those who are dead…

Are not dead…

They’re just living in my head…

And since I fell for that spell…

I am living there as well.

With bloodshot eyes she awoke from a dream that seemed to have lasted a lifetime. Red feathers were scattered around her body, her dark pelt was worn out and patchy. The magpie-coated doe softly bit her lip as the tears streamed down her face. She wasn’t crying, she couldn’t be crying. What was there to cry about? She had awakened from a dream, just like she had done every night before this one.
Slowly she rose to her feet, the diamond-like teardrops falling from her cheeks onto the ground. The sounds of the everlasting forest were like poetry, like coming home from a long journey. Her mind was blank, but somehow she remembered this place. A place filled with a feeling, a feeling of energy and warmth. A feeling which motivated and which gave her all the right reasons to hold on. A feeling called happiness.

Slowly she made her way through the forest, not caring to take a look around. It was quiet, the sun had already set and there was nobody in sight. Somehow she longed for company, for the warmth of a living body right next to her. She wished she could meet someone and ask her all the questions on her mind. Who was she? What was she doing here again? Her head was aching and her body was soar, like she had been thrown down a cliff and merely survived.

Time is so short...

And I’m sure…

There must be something more…

In a flash a familiar place suddenly came to mind. A place filled with graves and broken buildings. She seemed to remember something. The place wasn’t as depressing as one would expect from a graveyard. The sun would often spread her light across the area and turn it into a sanctuary.

New Moon Love

Went to see the Twilight Saga on Saturday and let me tell you it was busy, i never thought it would be, though it was only the second day of being out! I loved it, and although we had to get there an hour early to ensure we got good seats it did not damper my spirits, i was actually more excited, and when i got out i was well pleased! I loved it! And to say i knew nothing much of it, as i didn't see the first or read the books (soon to be changed, got the books on order x3.) Some of the characters i had ablind spot on like Charlie, Bellas dad, mentioned throughout the film but no mention of who "Charlie" was!!! But except little bits like that i loved it, and can't wait to see the first one too! But what do you think, any comments, what did you think of New Moon, how about Twilight, is that good? Which is better or is it hard to say, are the books good and just anything you want to say i would love to hear, because i thought this film was EPIC xDDDDD
