Xiar i reaching a curious age, and now searches the forest in search for the parents he once lost. Wake without them one morning he felt alone and though he has become acustumed to it, you cannot blame a fawn for being curious. So, for the next few days Xiar will be spending time at the statues as well as the pond searching for them.

In other words this is an invite for some one to be Xairs father :3 adding a bit of story to the character is always fun, and I hope that everyone else thinks so too. My pictogram can be seen as my avi and I live within the central time zone so I hope to see some of you peeps. :3 even if you dont wanna partake in my little event plan feel free to come and play with the lonely fawn! <3

+ Seems to have assumed that Kestrel and BrightEyes are his parents.
+ Found Bright's flapping hilarious and doesn't understand why he can't do that
+ Excited and intrigued with the forest around him
- After seeing just the two bird-deer, the other deer bewilder him; it seems unusual for them not to look like the bird-deer
+ Discovered that butterflies taste good
+ Discovered a love for the bundle of logs by the
- Frightened by Raptor, confused as to what the other was, funnily enough
- Chased after a fawn that came too close
- Chased after a bunny, only to be frightened by it

I arrived sometime before the birth... And I will be frank, there's much about this moment I don't understand. When Walter showed up, I wasn't sure exactly what to do. Walter hasn't always behaved well about fawns... Nor has he always behaved well about Illrose, which is what made this situation. But when he came up, she nodded -- I guess they decided that whatever had happened, the fawn was theirs to help protect.

Or something. I'm not sure I understand all of this. Either way, he clearly did his best to protect her, only letting deer near when Illrose gives them the nod. Like a bouncer. Sitting there, waiting, I felt the anticipation so thick in the air that it seemed a tastable smell, like all air in the world of snakes.

I even think Walter was a little anxious, which may rank as almost cute. But then, he was also swearing blue streaks at passer-byes who were just running on the side of the twin god's hills. He chased off a few others more immediately, and tried to shoo a few folks... But I was actually impressed. I guess Walter's felt that if he's going to have a biological family, he's going to need to pull it together for them, even just a little. And that's touching, in its own way.

Those of us watching, holding our vigil in prepartion of the newborn's life, seemed to gather a decent distance away. I may have been the closest seating observer. I guess I'm just not very threatening, ha-ha. I also got a chance to say Hi to Rut and Saosin, whom I haven't seen in a while. I'm sorry that it had to be while there was something going on. I just... I don't like choosing between friends, but sometimes it's not about who I like better, or anything.
Please don't think I'm insulting you, is what I'm trying to say. But Walter was there for one of the most important days of my life, and sometimes I've got to try and repay my favors. Please, do, seek me out for a rain check.


The birth of the fawn was very quiet.

Well haaaaai everybody I'm new here and I just hope that I may be able to make some new friends. ^^' I've actually already downloaded the game like... Was it yesterday or the day before? Well whatever... But the deer are a little creepy with the human faces... But other than that the game is ADORABLE!!! Did Tale of Tales get the concept of the deer from Princess Mononoke? Just wonderin' since the deer from the movie and this game are very similar.

So, I've read all those entries about writing in CSS, but I still don't understand it. Can someone tell me how to do a layout like this? With these pretty borders, background and without sidebar?
