Curiosity had triggered the demoness' to approach the lone doe. Umay had previously heard stories of Hex; her ways of telling the fortune of others. Unsure if whether she believed them or not, she decided to find out for herself; wondering of what awaited her in the future.
Slowly, Umay approached the other almost in complete silence; the only clear sounds of someone coming closer being the gentle thud of hooves and tapping of claws. She gazed towards the stranger, examining her before taking another step and sitting infront of Hex, though keeping her distance in respect of her personal space.
Obsidian eyes scan the night sky above; a dark void with only the most brightest of lights to illuminate the heavens.
"The stars are beautiful tonight." Her gaze sets back upon the smaller doe, a gentle smile forming behind her skull mask which, was also hidden behind thick, jet black bangs that hung loosely.
"May you read them for me?" The female awaits for her fortune; ears perked, ready to listen.</sub>

Hex raised her head for the canine, and taking in the starlight, she found a future for him:

"It appears that soon a chapter of your life will come to a close. This may not necessarily be a bad thing, though it could be. I do not see what exactly this means, but there are several hints. Perhaps a relationship you have with someone will end. Perhaps you will finish something you started a long time ago. "Of course...", Hex nodded, and she lifted her eyes to those beautiful stars that Umay spoke of. She wished she could truly see their beauty, but she supposed that being able to read the light she saw was just as good.

"I see you coming to a decision, whether from your own choice or not is unknown. You will find the need to isolate yourself from others you know, either to be alone for a while or to open new connections with acquaintances you do not know so well. What you do with your voice will be entirely your decision, whether you will desire the time alone to gather your thoughts, or whether you find the need to open up to others who may not know a single thing about you. You have begun that path today by speaking with me, but I assure you there are more things to come for you in your future. Take some time to decide which path to take, whatever you decide will be the right choice."

<sub>His eyes widened at the doe's words. He didn't expect to hear such things, and didn't know how she could even know. Part of him still didn't believe that she could read his future from some stars, but it was very convincing. She was good. After all that's happened recently, he would have to take in what she said. Every word she said could happen. He saw it through a negative point of view, not thinking that it could possibly be anything to be happy about. The relationship one, bothered the canine most.

Quietly, he stood up. Both eyes, that were still hidden behind hair, went back to normal but still had a hint of worry in them. A fake smile appeared on his face, it was hard to smile properly after hearing that. "You're good..." His head lowered slightly as a form of farewell. "Thank you and goodbye."

With that he turned and bolted off, so fast that it was probably hard to see his dark form in the shadows.</sub>

The ninja was silent as he considered her words. He didn't exactly want to seek guidance. After being on his own for 2 years in the past, being around others again had been a bit awkward. Only the few friends he'd had before weren't an issue for him to be around, as well as blood family. ...though there were awkward times there too, and he did still like being alone often...

...but he hadn't been trying to stay hidden or stealthy so much lately, so...

"I'll think about it..." Kinsha started to turn away, but paused. "Um...thanks." With that, he was off.

The gray whitetail buck approached quietly when all the others had gone. He had heard whispers of a doe who could tell the future and, true to form, his curiosity had been sparked. It had taken a lot of self reassurance to get himself this far; after all, Cloud wasn't the most sociable deer in the forest.
He offered a polite bow, dark blue eyes trained on the form of the doe as she spoke. With a hesitant nod, Cloud muttered, "Go ahead, tell me my future." He steeled his nerves, waiting expectantly to hear what lay ahead for him.

Thud... Thud... Thud... The large, old hooves slowly carried the massive body quietly across the fields of hay that stood still in the calm night. The long, red tines of an old stag curved towards the jet black sky like trying to reach the stars.
In their light his azure blue eyes caught the figure of a doe sitting near by and his body made a faint jerk in surprise as he hadn't noticed her first. Then his softly round ears turned forward as the same doe suddenly spoke to him.
"My Future...?" He repeated with his low, yet soft voice, tasting the word thoughtfully. Never had he really thought about his future much. Maybe he had just assumed his life would go on the same way it had been so far.
His eyes fixed back to learn the doe curiously yet politely.
"If you can, I'd be honoured to hear your prophesy. Please, tell me what lies ahead." And then his heavy body quietly lied down where he had been standing, waiting.

In the last days, Silun felt terribly. One day he was so weak he couldn't even stand up and the other day he was haunted by nightmares and did not sleep at all. Right now he had some inner feeling, like that he just can't stay on one place. He has to go. Onward!. He wasn't even able to tell whether he wants to flee from something or just searching for something, chasing it... There was just that invisible force pushing him still forward.

But that voice, rather quiet and calm, yet strong enough to overcome the rambling noise of old fallen leaves he was stepping on. That voice forced him to stop and instinctively turn his head towards her.

"Excuse me, madam, I humbly apologize. I did not see you earlier." he bowed politely, meanwhile his thoughts rushed. So she knows what is he doing here? Or why he even came? Silun was puzzled for this.
But... future. She said 'future'. She must have be right. For what else would he be here anyway? Another bow, with respect. "Thank you, madam, I would be honored. There are words no one have ever shared with me I regret more than all of the words I have ever heard. Shall your words change it, they are worth being said."

Interesting. I'm quite curios what would happen.
Just one thing (I just must complicate things). It's very probably that I would like to know the card as well, but not immediately. Could you please tell me sometime later. Like a little surprise, for example?

Hex scans the sky, and then speaks for Silun:

"For your future I do not see anything necessarily bad or good, it is a very interesting. Just a simple event, but it shapes who you are greatly. You are part of something that terrifies you. I see you cowering, fleeing, running for dear life. You stop, catch your breath, and cry loudly. This event scars you emotionally, and you feel your world coming down.

But then you recover, and very quickly. You will learn much from this experience, and from it you will become stronger, confident, and proud. You will have an emotional breakthrough, transitioning from a terrified soul to a confident soul. The hardship will come, but the reward will be extraordinary."

"For Peirce...I see a great challenge before you. A competitive deer will threaten you, wanting to show their pride and strength. You will accept the challenge, and face this other deer.

And you will lose the fight.

But do not lose hope. It is only a learning experience. Stand, dust yourself off, heal your wounds, and learn from the mistakes you make in this competition. You will be ready for the next time you are challenged. Don't lose hope."

Hex gazed on the stars, and found the fortunes for both of them.

"To Zera, you ask why you have the gifts the Twin Gods have given you. Do you see them as a curse? I do not. I may be blind, but I see my own gifts as that - gifts. But to answer your question, there will be need for your abilities very soon. Things will happen very quickly, and it will be up to you and you alone to handle the situation. You will certainly be up for the task, that I do not doubt. And I don't see you having a problem finding a solution either. See your abilities as blessings."

"And for Erza, you ask whether you will see your sister, Ouna...I do not have as clear of an answer for you. This is really rather a choice you will have to make - you could choose to seek out your sister, but in doing so you would leave the safety of the Endless Forest, and without a proper guide, I see nothing but pain for you. But your other option is to wait, take some time to grow stronger, find some friends who are willing to defend you with their life...and then when you feel you are ready, you could go out to find your sister. You will feel burdened by waiting, but in the long run, you will fare better than you would if you hastily left. But the choice is entirely yours, and I will not try to stop you if you desire her immediate presence."

That was the word that jumped out to her; she shook inwardly, the gravity of realization pressing hard onto her.

Indecision clawed at her; she struggled, and it refused to let her go.

With shaking legs, she bowed to the fortune teller. Her voice cracked as she spoke.

No one had ever seen the girl run so hard in her life.

Her mind was elsewhere as she walked so she didn't notice the doe sitting near her favourite spot. Cordis looked at her as she spoke, but the words weren't registering. After asking the other doe to repeat what she had said, Cordis pondered it for a moment. What was she doing with her life? After He died, she was... lost.

"Well... What now?"

Bumped. Would anyone like their deer's fortune read? I'd love to do some more of these, they were really fun!

Lung - (Your card is the Ace of Cups, and please feel free to ask for as many as you like. These are really fun for me to write out )

Hex nods, and with a gentle voice, she speaks, "Of course. There are always fortunes in the heavens for those who would like to learn from them. Now let's see what the stars speak for you...", and raising her clouded eyes, she takes in the starlight.

"I see something grand in your future. A fulfillment, a coming-of-age event, is waiting for you. There are deep emotions that are connected to this fulfillment, and you will soon discover things about your past and lineage that you did not know about. Take the time to remember your ancestors, what they have lived for, and what you should live for. From here, you will understand what you will need to fulfill. Honor those whose lives brought you to this moment, and you will find a rewarding experience that will bring you both confidence and pride."

Seeing the figure in the distance and feeling a tad curious, the clothed stag slowly approached. Stumbling on his own weak legs, he scrambles up the hill to where the midnight doe rests. He had heard rumors of the prophet whispered among passer-byers as he did his rounds. He had met with fortune tellers before and even worked with a few psychics. Needless to say, he was interested in how accurate the doe's predictions were.

Her voice was soft and alluring; startling Cypher as he stood a few steps behind her. His ears drawn forward to listen in on her words. I know what you are here for. I can give you a hint at your future...Shall I read the stars for you?

He smirked; blue eyes sparkling with intrigue. Oh how he was going to enjoy this. "If you knew why I came, why bother to ask, my dear?" his deep voice heavy with an English accent, with a hint of sarcasm as though he was teasing her. Not in a harsh way, but in a similar way that a child would taunt a sibling. "Of course, you may read the stars. Read them to your heart is content, ma'am."

Ooh, I'd like another one

Zyzzy approached the Playground, hoping to find the mysterious sky-pelted doe who'd read the stars for him long ago. His search paid off quickly, as he turned to see her sitting on a large rock not too far from him. It didn't take long til he was sitting down in front of her, settling in as he tried to think of how to word his request...

"Hello again, Hex. You read the stars for me awhile back... and every word you said came true. So, so true, despite all the impossibilities of it." He laughed softly, still amazed by her prophecy. "I met a doe... well, I should say I met her as a doe... we'd met before, many times, in different forms. We were both human once, you know... and both time-travelers. Meeting in the wrong order all the time. She knows everything about me, past and future... and I know virtually nothing about her. And I suppose she will determine whether I'm meant to be here or not... or at least explain why we're both here now. Its all quite confusing... and I'm not sure why I'm telling you all this..." his words trailed off, embarassed as he realized that he was babbling at the doe before him. "Sorry. I do have another question for you though..."

"Something else has entered the Forest too. Something else from a previous life of mine... something so full of hate and malice and pure evil. This... thing, its called a Dalek... and they despise everything that's not like them. Wish to obliterate everything that isn't Dalek, that they see as inferior to themselves. These monsters are why my people are gone... all dead, save for me." His voice wavered for a second. "And now its here... in this perfect place. With me, its most hated enemy. And it is mine. And I know... I know, that it will try to kill me the moment it gets its chance. And then the Forest... I don't know why its targeting this place, but if its here, more will come, and I don't want to think about what they plan to do to this place. I just want to know... what will happen? What can I possibly do? Whats going to come, when I finally meet my deadliest enemy, after so long, face to face?" He stared intently at the blind doe, nervously waiting for her response.

On the edge,
I look in.

She was no different from a shadow, the way she appeared from the undergrowth; slowly, quietly, without warning. She approached the fortune teller, pausing briefly before a leg stretched outward and her body bowed in greeting. There was a certain, excited fire that seemed to dance in her hazel gaze; the kind where secrets long hidden would seen be revealed, laid out for the world to see, to know. When she spoke, her voice could barely contain the adrenaline that was pulsing through her.

I would love to know what the stars have for me, madame.

The fortune she was told startled her. On one hand, there was a sense of predictability about it; some ancient wisdom that she felt somewhere in the back of her mind, nagging her to no end. On the other hand, to be outright told of it? It was not something she was expecting from the cosmos.

Disturbing. Connection. Roots. Lost. Unfulfilled.

Emotions can overcome you.

Her ears swiveled as she stood thinking; almost instantaneously, the fire in her gaze was back, and there was a small smile that accompanied her final bow.

There was a clarity to her tone that was not present before. And much like before, she returned to the shadows of the trees, as if she were one of them.

"....STARS?" It comes as a sudden exclamation as the ginger doe approuches without hesitation, originally drawn in by curiosity alone and now words. "Yes, yes yes please- Star Lady." Sorrel twirls on the spot once, twice in anticipation of what the circles in the sky and pond have to say to her.
