Behind Blue Eyes

:: About :: Peppa has a huge disability. She's deaf. Because of this; Peppa's has somewhat of two personalites. Her first is shy, always shaking and always horrified and scared. Since she's deaf, if a deer calls for her, or talks when her back in turned, she won't respond because she won't know. She can read lips, and speak in small sentances. Often, Peppa will prick her ears, but she's not listening for deer; she's sniffing for familar deer. Her so called 'other' personality (which really isn't) is the side she shows when she's around a deer she really trusts. She's a hyper thing who adores anything green. She has a fascination with frogs, but doesn't like bats very much. Peppa loves to kick up her hind legs or rear. She has a habit or running full speed and jumping from heights she is comfortable with. Peppa's personality is delicate, and may or may not improve with age.

:: Looks :: She's no beauty, but she is cute. Peppa has incredibly bright blue eyes, and big fuzzy ears. Her vibrant eyes are huge and full of wonder, always curious but often clouded with fear. Perhaps being born without hearing enhanced her eyes, but whatever the case may be, they're big and blue. Also, Peppa has a rare condition called Piebaldism, and her pelt looks a lot like the doe in the link. She is a short little thing with short little legs. Her breed is a Pudu, seen here. Peppa sometimes wears magpie feathers and sometimes leaves her head bare. She wears a magpie mask attactched to a strong that she often trips over.

:: Back When:: In her forelife before the forest, Peppa and her mother died in a forest fire. Peppa's mother was blinded by a branch (which could suggest something) and Peppa's hearing and ears were burned away. Unlike my other deer, Peppa has no real history in the forest, though. She awoke in the sun-caressed green grasses of the birch forest, apparently abandoned by her parents. Shortly thereafter, she found Seth. Her taught her how to function, what to eat, and how to behave. Not long after that, Seth and his mate Lemon adopted Peppa.

It wuss hard to be nice and to make fwiends,

helps her, she has more courage.

My fawn, Miles, has met

My fawn, Miles, has met Peppa in the forest...or at least tried to.
He's usually very social, especially when around other fawns. But after reading her bio, he was a little more timid, hence his hesitation. Not only that, but he was unsure of how to approach her, or if he should even go near her at all.
Instead, Miles settled for sitting by a tree and watching her and Dovev from afar. Sorry if he seemed stalker-ish. XD
