I just love the realization that most of the activities of the deer, no matter how much we invest them into these dark, dramatic, and mature (or very, very immature) relationships, are in fact, play. Frolic, even. ... I am suddenly reminded of Milo and Otis and the deer in that movie. "Bound and leap through a field of wildflowers..[in TEF mode, add "I HATE THE WORLD!"] Bound, and also leap."

I think I should get Toukan's next set of antlers now. They'd be the golden butterfly, since those are at the right size, and curve a bit. Won't be too long before his antlers are fully grown again.

I don't like the idea of someone I don't know playing Scape and Zerg's fawn. I'd rather they be someone I know at least; preferably a friend so I can talk to them easily.
I mean, the design and basic personality is already decided. I want the person playing the fawn to know it, and know about Zerg and Scape.
Nothing personal; I'd just like it to be someone I know playing them. I'd like to know their Forest-playing habits/times they'll be on, so I know the fawn will actually get played.

I'm done being distracted by the shiny of my new cell phone now. |D (I swear it took up 2 hours of my time. >> That was just the setup of it too. O_o) But no more dealing with a smelly phone!

The player of Scape and Zerg's fawn was chosen. I'm happy with the decision since they're easy for me to talk to. =]

Must finish adding flat colors to my storyboard before Thursday at the latest to show my thesis class... @_@ My friend (also in that class) is bringing her laptop that day, and said that if I can't get to print the panels (there's too many for me to WANT to D8), I could show them on her laptop since she's gonna show her photos on it.
This is better for me, as it'll look nicer, I won't have to hold them up and flip through them (again |D), and they'll seem more like a sequence due to the quick(er) change from one to the next.

A photo from when my friends and I went walking through Garrett Mountain Preserve on Saturday. Afterwords, we had lunch at a diner close to where I live that I hadn't eaten at yet. They were pretty good, and not expensive. =D Ended the day with frozen yogurt at TCBY.
Need to do that again...
I doodled the ninja-deer in class today, during the beginning of a video on Rome we watched in Greek and Roman Art History class. |D Guess I had ninjas on the brain after hopping in the Forest as Kinsha before class. (I swear those school computers are going to spoil with me with their smoothness at running the Forest. @_@) Probably my most "complete" doodle. Need to get a better photo than I did. There's not enough light in here for my camera(phone). |D (With enough light, the photos are epic. *points at lake photo above*)
OH. I got a 94 on my midterm. 8D I thought I'd be lucky to get an 80.

But I've officially decided.
Spade will be going to the Abiogenesis.
It's been his turn for nearly a year since I kept missing the surprise full Abios. Plus, he hasn't gotten much Forest time lately. I just don't know how to play him anymore. |D
But, you don't need to play your deer properly for an Abio, so this is ok. Everyone seems to turn social during one. Even my ninja was having a good time in the crowds of deer for awhile when he attended one.

I was upset earlier, especially at the server crash (my mom could tell you that 8D; ), and then I just didn't feel like sticking around after I got back in. |D The house was cool to see, but it just didn't feel like enough.
Eh, I got over it eventually. It's just, this weekend was perfect for it. My sister was out, so I wouldn't be interrupted. I didn't have to go anywhere either... And it's been close to a year since I've seen a full-length Abio thanks to never being around for the surprise ones. >> Which were quite a few full length, by the way...
I think what needs to be done is to have maybe 3 times scheduled, and have people sign up for each time, with a limit of how many can be in during each slot.
Another thing.
Names.
Having a deer with the same name as another is like having one with the same set as another.
Get over it. Arguing just made some people look bad. And they only have themselves to blame.
Following the logic of that argument...NO characters should EVER have the same name ANYWHERE.
Is this logical? Because it sure doesn't sound like it to me.
