No, it definitely won't be free; ToT has to pay bills somehow! I understand that it will be somewhat cheaper than any regular midsized game for the PC.
Taking a wild guess here, but I'd say somewhere between $5-$10, since most games are about $20 and Michael said the game was going to be a lot cheaper than he thought. o:
