Birth Announcement [Here come the Gerla babies!]

The twins of Herla and Gehirn will be born this Sunday, April, 29th, 2012
7PM European, Berlin time
1PM East Coast North American time
10AM Pacific North American time

Or here, have a Time Table

Everyone is welcome to attend, but please use common sense and don't barge up to the expecting parents without being welcomed, only close friends and family will be allowed near. We don't want to see newbies/fawns that might not know what is going on to be attacked either, if anything, efforts to lead them away would be appreciated. Characters will be responded to as such. Gehirn will be grumpy/protective/fainting and Herla will be..in labor. Be warned. Oh and almost forgot, the location is here.

Overall we hope this to be a "peaceful" event.

Thank you so much everybody, I do hope you all will get a chance to stop by at some point during the event.

And oh dear I do realize that I forgot to say where the birth would take place, it will be in the Birthing Glade that Herla has sat in nearly every day the last few months. I’ll get a screen shot posted up…tomorrow. For now, I’m totally dead from smush. Good night. <3

There is a mini skull fawn that likes to sit with Big Bunny on the weekends. He is very quiet and sweet. If it shows up is it OK for it to sit by Big Bunny? I'll see if I got a good screenshot of it's picto and post it here. Thanks!

Big Bunny has been a welcome

Big Bunny has been a welcome comfort to Herla for a long time now. I would have to caution bringing a mini-fawn too close to her during her labor though as that is likely to cause her a fair amount of anxiety, a “mother-less” fawn could make her feel torn and that her own children are threatened.

I'm new to the forest, but is it alright if I attend? I won't be close-up, I'll sit far away next to a tree. I'm in the forest as of now and I can see your deer from (what I believe to be) a safe distance away.

If this makes Herla uncomfortable, I'll move farther away.

As I said above, OrinocoFlow, I would have to caution bringing a mini-fawn/new born fawn too close to Herla right now or during her labor as that is likely to cause her a fair amount of anxiety, a “mother-less” fawn could make her feel torn and that her own children are threatened. People can attend the birth (which is tomorrow) I just ask for a respectable distance (ie not in the flower patch) unless they are close friends and family.

After the birth she will then have two suckling newborns to care for. She would never harm a fawn but another baby coming too close would cause her no end to anxiety. And Gehirn as well.

Oh gosh yes, I can see this turning into a circus real quick.

I super appreciate what people are trying to do but really for the non-character derps, ignoring probably is the best option. Just if you can, keep your deer awake so they can't be used for pelt spells and we'll be golden.

And likely the derps themselves probably will not read this, but PLEASE, stay out of the glade and don't jump on us/pelt spell us. ;_;
