Maybe this is where, “Play nice and just ignore those folks that wish to cause problems,” comes in. Things never would have escalated to such an extent if that’s what we had done to begin with.

I had a client who complained about the neighbor’s dogs to animal control. Animal control came and investigated the neighbor and fined them for not licensing their dogs. They also fined my client who also happened to have unlicensed dogs. In fact they fined a lot of people in the neighborhood.

So maybe next time, we can all just be adults and not go running to the “Policía” who will only come and wreck all our houses.

I thought things were getting nicely taken care of on our own. Now the whole community has been punished.

As everyone else has said, it is not your fault Kimi. Blame the cause of all the issues, and the one who decided to hold a 'grudge' against everyone involved in the matter. They are the real problem here, not you.

I adore you hun, even though we don't talk much or do anything at all (Heh) and you shouldn't beat yourself up on such a matter as this. I am just hoping that M&A disabled all access for the person in question, and not just the one account.

This event reminds me all the classrooms I would ever be in. If one or a few students kept screwing things up for the entire class, the entire class had to pay the price. I'm disappointed in so much right now.

As for the updating or adding information in comments when it comes to people who have blogs with css (the majority of members here) still intact, I recommend that. It actually would seem kind of nice. As for keeping up on updates and stuff between characters, well...there's rp blogs for that. And bios.

Quad has included it in his messages, yes. M&A are right though when they say it's a "good temporary band-aid, but will not really solve the problem". It's just a workaround that is easy to dodge, especially if you know what you're doing.

Personally, I'm conflictedly angry and amused by anyone and everyone on this community who played any part in this. (With the exception of Quad and those who only tried to rectify the mess made).

I feel like I could laugh and flip out at someone all in one go.

I third what Sight and Alice have mentioned, I deleted my old 'testing' blog and reposted it and the CSS is still working fine and dandy there. No problems at all with posting it. Perhaps we got lucky?

well, if css still works now, I'd find that sort of... amusing. What a dark sense of humour that would be.

I guess it may be a little late to mention that I have let Michael and Auriea know that I posted their e-mails and mine on here. So you may want to be careful with what you say.

I've suggested that too, AliceV. I'm not sure whether this is actually possible though. But I would find that to be the best permanent solution.

The Policía, they are watching.

The Policía, they are not your friend.

My husband and I honeymooned in Mexico. We were driving a rental car to the airport to fly home when we were pulled over by the Policía. He had pulled us over for having bags in the back window. Yeah, okay. The fact that we were white was more likely the reason. He then proceeded to confiscate my husband’s drivers license and told us that unless we paid him $250 cash dollars he would not give it back. We were scared and shocked. I was terrified, he was going to throw my husband into a Mexican jail, and everyone knows what happens then. We managed to pull together $50 dollars, gave him that and he was satisfied. Of course he didn’t write us any kind of official ticket or receipt. He was robbing us after all. Not conducting “official” business.

And that my friends, is why you shouldn’t trust the Policía.

But my real point is that I am just an old paranoid hippie and if I we can deal with something ourselves, we should.

It completely sucks that we all have to suffer what Caturday caused, but I'm still very glad you reported this Quad. Thankyou c:

It's sad, but...I think we all saw something like this coming. I'm kind of surprised it didn't happen the first time this happened. Hmm...we'll see.
