I'm sorry but, I do not think you should run around being mean to fawns. Even if it is your "character" its mean. :c Often times fawns are new players, we would not want to make them upset. Or worse make them want to leave the game. Please do not do that. At least not randomly.

Obviously, Rhiannon's player didn't mean OOC offense to the fawn. She was just roleplaying her character's personality -- if she's disruptive and rude, so be it ... not every one can be a nice and sunshine-y deer, that would be boring. It's just a game, you gaiz. :U

CynicalTabby, I do not take the forest happenings seriously. I actually quite enjoy a bit of violence in the forest. But randomly attacking and annoying deer or fawns is mean. :c We had quite a large problem here a while ago. Deer were constantly attacking fawns and harassing many deer. People were getting annoyed and angery. Not quite suitable for the forest. And do not worry Rowanelm! I hope I did not come across as rude to you.

I'm learning too, but even if people can get easily defensive here I've noticed a lot of positive qualities that outweigh the negative. Well, I'm glad everything is all smoothed out now; it would really suck if enemies were made over something simple as this (or at least, in my opinion). Thanks again. C:

May the owner of the Fawn that was bullied make a comment now? Jettem is that little fawn, and although it was sad and mean like some people have noted, and I for one was scared too, what Rowanelm did further helped develop my character's story. yes, some things here int he forest have been going a little crazy with fawns being attacked randomly, but for me at least, this helped with my character Jettem. She is shy, scared of fawns and adults, and is always watching them. Some of you have seen here before today, watching you from behind a tree or a rock.
I would like to say that even though the experience was a bit frightening for me, the person who was playing Jettem, was scaring as it was current, looking back now, it really did help build up on WHY my Jettem is so scared of others.

And as a side note, I see that people are on two sides.

One that fighting and some violence helps move things along and keep it realistic, nobody does really want a forest full of happy go lucky deer all the time, every day.

And you others think is is rude and mean to pick on those who could be new or are sick of being hassled by bigger deer.

Might I suggest that instead of randomly attacking deer/fawns, that if you, the player with the mean deer, want to pick on someone, you make a post about it first, asking if anyone has a deer or fawn that needs some trauma for a day? i will be one, since I need deer to pick on my Jettem every once in a while to keep her scared up till she grows into a full adult and even then, I'll probably need her to still get picked on too every now and then. That way, no one is hurt by their deer/fawn getting picked on without knowing about it, and those who have mean characters can go on being able to be mean.

Thank you to those who were concerned for me and my Jettem, I have been a member for a few months now so Rowanelm and her zombie doe did not make me ever want to come back to the Forest, so I am alright and plan on still playing my Jettem. Maybe Rhiannon and my Jettem may one day met again? Who knows, but we will plan it out so none of you here who are sensitive will think Rowanelm was doing it just to be mean on the spot.

I did enjoy it today, despite being scared a little myself, but that is what helped me make a great story about Jettem's day. Several of you were mentioned, fawns and the two adult deer who tried to help her, I beleive that was 88 and Virgil? Thank you for trying to help out Jettem. She will be scarred and not trust anyone for a long time, but me, the person who plays her is very honored for your actions to try and protect her, it made her life begin.

Um.. I just want to add one last thing, although I've allready seen it has been solved and everything, it might be on a different note...

TEF is not.. Really based on roleplaying, IT might be but.. People come here to relax, and yes we all have personality's that go with our deer, me too! But you shouldn't say "Get used to it", because not everyone comes to roleplay, and they have that right too You can't go bother others and just expect them to accept that. So yeah, what the others said, it's good to know what the other person thinks! And always good to know where your limit is..

(Although, I do love the spontaniousness of the forest, and how different deer interact and am not a big fan of the "prepaired roleplays", I'll have to accept that this place is changing and getting bigger too But these are just my two cents, I hope you're not angry.)
