help? randomly turned into fawn and lost set?

I clicked off of TEF to check my mail and when I went back... well...
I have no idea what happened.. but my set is gone and somehow I've turned into a fawn despite the fact that the fawn option is not even checked in settings.
I'll be devastated if I can't get my set back because I was actually able to get the skull mask this year.
This is so strange.. Does anyone know why this might have happened or how to fix it?

Open your menu, choose to

Open your menu, choose to LOAD your set. It will not display when loaded, but it will say it has loaded. Exit the game via the 'quit' option in the menu, then re-start the game. Your set should be returned.

This is a glitch associated with a high user count and lots of weather changes/server issues, and is common at this time of year.

If you saved your previous

If you saved your previous set, then close out of the game. When you open it it should load your last set. This bug happens to me all the time.

If you didn't save your previous set, you're out of luck.
