It's impossible to please everyone, so you'll always have people who like a certain idea and people who are against it. This community has grown and a lot of people have joined, all with different interests. You can't satisfy the whole community, sadly.

I think the violence thing is taken a little too far. The plot was interesting, but it seems to be more and more fighting these days. At least, that's the impression I'm getting. I like the plots and all, but not if the plot gets lost in the process.

Maybe we should be little more tolerate and accept certain ideas, even if we don't like them. Of course, if they cross the line (or certain lines, those are also different) something can be said about them. But there will be many new ideas. Some you like, some you don't. But I'm sure there will never be an idea everyone likes.

Yeah, I get what you all are saying. It's just I hate seeing all these new problems. I guess your right, we are different. Just some people need to not take such drastic measures like leaving. I hate seeing people leave for silly things! And like Shiori said people don't like something there not involved with I suppose. I guess my personality is different then other peoples. ^^'

Even those involved with something will get tired of it.

I got involved. Then I needed a break from how long it was going on.

The only thing I have a problem with is players ruining the game for other players.

For goodness sakes, the whole Dead Fawn storyline was planned out by Baal and CelticMystress BEFORE the attack took place. It wasn't like the fawn was an existing character anyway, it was created for the sole purpose of the storyline...if everyone took a moment to think about how their character will effect others, we wouldn't have to speak out against harassment. To me the Dead Fawn storyline isn't the problem, it's the other players who have taken it upon themselves to go about expanding upon it by involving unwilling players.

There are obviously plenty of players who want to be involved, would it really be so hard to seek these people out?! There are loads of blogs about it already. All those who want to be involved need to start taking the initiative and taking it upon themselves.

As a new players you probably have a fresher, less bias view of this whole thing! I've been around over a year, so I've seen phases of lashing out before...I guess I've just got thick skin about this sort of thing.

Before the Baal plot, I was a nobody, and felt ignored by almost everybody.
Since getting involved, I feel accepted by most of the community, and I'm finally making friends here.

I just wish more people would try to get involved, rather than sit on the edge and complain. We're all friends at the end of the day.
There wouldn't be as much drama if people wern't complaining about it all the time.

This plot is for anyone to join in, not just a select few. But those other people need to make the effort to get involved too.

Sure, sometimes I wish there were more deer that recognize R'Dik and accompany him, but I prefer things like they are; I and my deer are unknown to most. I feel less peer pressure like this. ^^
