• Was I given permission to use this art?

Please, ask yourself these questions before you use a piece of art on this site.

Just because you find an image on the internet, does not mean you are free to use it. It can still be someone's intellectual property or copyrighted property. On TEFc, we look out for this, as artists work hard to create these beautiful pieces and generally would not like their work used without permission. When in doubt, ask. Please.

p.s. this is not directed at one specific person, but everyone thinking of using art here.

So i read in the T.E.F read me that if you ate a pinecone that fell on the ground, after rubbing up against it, then you would get an antlers spell. I'm a fawn and i've rubbed up against, i wanna say every tree in the forest... no pinecone fell. I know i'm a noob D: but please help me. XD

Well, I decided to put here some photographs I took of deers. I'll use these photos for drawing references, and I thought it could help some of you too .

So, here you'll see mainly photos of Red deers, but also some of Fallow deers and 2 of a Marsh deer. I'll updated this blog when I'll have new photographs . So don't hesitate to track this ! If you want a photo in a larger size, don't hesitate to ask too, and I'll send it to you by mail .

Thank you to not post these ones elsewhere and don't claim them as your own, only use them for your personal drawings. And if you use, thank you to tell me, I would love to see what you've done with them ! .

Sounds and darkness a nightare spining round and round, faces, blood,, ash, darkness, a scream

Nyjersokar woke with a start. comming bolt upright he stared around him. It was morning panting he looked everywhere. Nothing no ash creature or darkness. With a deep exhal of breath he laid his head back down. His body burnt and throbed. Blinking he looked as his back. Screaming he lept up staring wide eyed at his once fine pelt. From mouse brown his pelt was now scorched black his skeletons outline was eteched in to it. Shudering he walked in circles staring at parts of him he could see.
The nightmare it was real. He collapest back down in to the leaves staring, but seeing nothing. The doe the fawn..Dead... but... he had not done anything to help them...he's let them die... he should have... but how..... he was a coward, a fool....a real stag would have stood and fought and... and ... died.

Racked with guilt he lowered his head and wept for Hazel and her little fawn. He wept in shame for his actions. exashun over came him, and he fell in to a restless sleep.

If he had looked around he would have seen he was in a ring of trees. the ring was made of one of each tree in the forest each trees branches where entwinded with the tree next to it. He was resting in the shde of the oak tree. As he slept the trees seemed to dip their branches to touch his blackand pelt. Each touch brough tremers to Nyjersokar's body, but he did not wake. Around him the trees whispered incantations as they touched him the words drifted through his dreams and began to take hold. The forest had chosen it's hero

He woke several hours later, the sky was overcast and grey. Smelling the air he felt no threat of rain. He stood up and shook himself. The reminace of words filted in his mind and then were gone. He turned and headed south away from the place of death and looked for water. not so much to drink more to see himself in.

Well some mini news. I'll probably be posting art once I get my bamboo tablet for Christmas.
I haven't really posted art here and I have no idea how to draw deer. =,='

Niavi used to be Human, she was sitting by a pond, with her cat then she poofed into the unknown world of The Endless Forest.

|Personality|
Loving, kind, and respectful umong her responsibility. Naivi is the Watcher, a protector. She'll watch over young deer, helping them whenever they are in need of a elder. Naivi will be there, even when no one can see her, she is the Watcher.

When she sees Stags, she flirts. Sometimes she likes to fit in with them and rustle around, knocking antlers at times. Naivi isn't a doe to be challenged my friend, she takes it very seriously. Her competitve side can be the best of her, and she will hurt.

Naivi is like a mother towards young Fawns, knowing their fragile legs and frail bodies could break with one slight kick. So, she teaches them to have fun but always take care of themselves.

She roams and hangs around the swamp sometimes, but you'll mostly find her anywhere.
