anyway, i had an idea... for our R&J deer. instead of having these silly characters just pop into the Forest out of no where, i was thinking...

maybe these deer are some sort of reincarnation of the people... and they remember fragments of their past life and deaths. sound cool enough?

you do realize that almost ALL the important characters are killed instead of Benvolio? and he can just come on in anyway XD

it would be a good excuse for Tybalt and Mercutio to be enemies. it would be a good excuse for the Montegue deer and the Capulet deer to still be enemies. otherwise we'd have to make up an entirely (well, not entirely) new scenario.

anyway, whatcha think? it sounds a little crazy, yes? just a suggestion, all opinion open XD

Then in the afternoon, I didn't have access to the desktop, but I felt like entering the Forest, so I fired up TEF on my crappy laptop. Since running the game on there is more difficult, I went with my anti-social ninja to avoid slowed-down interaction. But right after he woke up, we noticed the magpie-deer (aka Sarie's deer Vipin, Aspen, Xylia, and Cal) all posing at the pedestal of the Ruins. I figured Sarie was taking a portrait shot, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity for closeups - especially of all 4 at once! =D So, despite the difficulty of maneuvering on the old laptop, I managed to take 7 closeups. Sarie's already seen them, so I won't bother posting them here.
That done, the ninja took off. Or took off as fast as 6fps will take you. XD;

Back on the desktop, I just sent in Blue to enjoy the scenery.

This was really weird. O.o The reflections like to go glitchy a lot.

I went on a field trip with one of my classes this weekend. I just got back, and I'm really sore .

We went camping in the Talledega National Forest near Mt. Cheaha in Ashland, Alabama. We also went to a garnet beach and a state park called Tannehill.

Wonderful place! There are garnets all over the ground. Believe it or not, the "sand" you see there is actually mica schist rocks! So for an hour we got to collect garnets! I had a lot of fun with this, and made off with...

My tent . I forgot to clear the spot I put my tent on so when I went to lay down, I ended up laying on some pinecones . I had to lift the tent up and pull them out later.
