...stunning hues of pinks and blues...

......:Why is the rain so incredibly consistant? It seems that every day I wake I find my fur soaking wet with the persistant rain-drops. Ah well, I suppose I'd better start falling asleep beneath shelter so the burden doesn't effect me as much.

......:It was sunny, and I determined it to be a find day to wander...until of course...well...I found myself to be a little over-hasty. I eventually made it to the pond, dipping my flattened fur into the waters, watching as it flowed from the slight current pushing from the pond. Hoofbeats. I turned my head suddenly, a shiver rushing down my spine as the cool water gave way to my movement. I realized my state of condition, soaking wet from the pond, looking much less than my best, yet Miss Poltergeist stumbled upon me. I grinned sheepishly, a flush surely covering my face. Shaking off the water, I stumbled away from the murky waters, trying to straighten my coat as is dribbled with water. She bowed, and I followed suite, before we both went off, fiddling around the pond.
.....:Until, another deer seemed to join our company. I greeted them, holding back the urge in my gut to flee the scene without second thought. We lingered for awhile, until another deer rushed towards us.

Ok, I'm a little new here. Help needed.

Ok. I want to take pictures of my deer, Adar, and when I press the P key the screen stops for like 1 sec. and then resumes with the game. WHen I log off and go to My Pictures, those screenshots that I "took" are not there anymore. Advice?

~ Liëka's Given Art ~ (some rather large (and a lot of) pictures here)

I thought I'd put all these masterpieces somewhere. ^_^
Love you all! <3

In no particular order to begin with (just the order Photobucket put them), and then past the original picture dump, most recent is at the bottom of each deer category.

The artist's name is the one underneath, not above.

Some of them have other deer in, but if I'm there, I'm saving it.

..Where are Micheal and Auriea??

I dunno... it's just I haven't seen a post from either of them for ages. And they've not come along to fix the Live Map... or update the front page; we've gotten loads of new, front-page-worthy arts of recent.

Is it just the Path is taking up all their tie do you think? -fret-

Sound of silence

"Hello darkness, my old friend, Ive come to talk with you again"

Soft breaths rippled the surface of the water. The sun was shining, and koi of all sizes and colors swam merrilly, just below the surface. They seemed to swim perfectly between rays of sunlight. Brownish-red eyes cracked open, taking a moment to focus before their owner slowly stood up in the water. Cool water ran down his stone gray fur and dripped off like it would any dog on the street. He shook off for a moment, then flashing a smile and bowing to the koi.

"Because a vision softly creeping, Left its seeds while I was sleeping"

He turned and began his way out of the lake, stopping to greet the dragonflies. There weren't anyone in sight yet. He waited a moment, then continued walking on, along the side of the river leading to the lake. The voices of a few fawns gradually began to echo in his ears. 'How nice a day it must be then', he figured. He closed his weak eyes as he walked. This was a familiar path... nothing for him to trip on.

"And the vision that was planted in my brain, Still remains"

His ears perked at the sound of running water. He was close to the crying statue. Opening his eyes again, he slowly walked into the water, dropping his head. He took a long drink before stepping under the waterfall tears, letting the cool water run over the back of his muscular neck. He really didn't mind being drenched. The sun would dry him anyway. Backing away from the crying statue, he noticed the soft snore of an older deer.

"Within the sound of silence."

Clavier's Tale

.
.
.

[center]Clavier ran.

She ran within a living nightmare; it was so hard to believe that this was real, but it was real, so terribly, terribly real. The flames were bright and fuming close behind, roaring with rage, with poison breath, and the air smoked around her face, making her cough and making tears stream out from her eyes. Great cracks and crashes sounded all around her, the sounds of falling giants and dying titans. A nightmare that was real.

Only a moment ago, her life had been perfect. She had been laughing, laughing with her mother and father, laughing and running in the sunlight-

Come on, Ma! Slowpoke!-
Butterflies. Meadow flowers, underfoot. Soft grass.
Haha! No, stop, Ma, that tickles!- A thump. A bout of laughter.
A deeper voice; a chuckle.
Oh, Pa, not you too!
Butterflies, chasing butterflies. Warm sunlight.
Running hooves... More laughter.
Sudden silence.
Ma? Pa?...
What's wrong?...

The sharp tang of smoke-

A great tree, a cedar ages old, gave a final groan and toppled, slowly, slowly down, engulfed in red flames. With a crash it collided with the fire's main body, and the sparks shattered into the sky, leaping like glowing fleas. The great tree fed the flames, and they crackled triumphantly, moving even faster and closing in on Clavier.
Terrorized, she could not even cry out; the fear of being burned alive was so great, it was only run, run, run.
Then she heard it. Two screams. The screams of her mother and father.
They were suddenly cut off.
N...
The roaring flames was all that could be heard now, but the screams rang endlessly in her head.
No...
She had left them behind. She had thought only of saving herself, when she was the fastest and the youngest.

She had left them to die.
