It started out as any normal day in the forest for Aegle. She awoke to find Shyla lying beside her. She stood up and stretched then bowed to Shyla.

“Hello Miss Shyla, would you like to play?”
Her eager eyes gleamed as Shyla slowly got to her feet.

Of course little one!”
Shyla began to hop about and Aegle quickly joined her.

The two looked like ghosts among the grass as they pranced through the Birch Forest. Aegle could feel a slight breeze, which blew her fur every which way. She looked up the the sky at the beautiful white clouds. Suddenly, her body crashed to the ground. The light began to narrow from her vision and then all was black…

Aegle’s eyes slowly opened. She slowly stood up and looked about.

“Shyla? W-Where is everyone…”
Her eyes searched the forest but saw nothing.
Then off in the distance she saw a fawn. She ran towards the small blur in the distance.
As she approached the place where the fawn had been it was silent. She saw nothing.
Then Aegle cried out and in an instance thousands of crys returned hers.

They tauntingly screamed, “ Stop… Aegle… You will hurt everyone you will hurt yourself!”
Aegle closed her eyes trying to block out the cries.
Again louder they screamed “ AEGLE STOP!”
She kept her eyes pressed tight. She though to herself “No… their back… b-but no…”
“AEGLE STOP!”
She opened her eyes to see fawn, eyes red and gleaming in the fog.
Aegle shook violently and said “W-Why… Have you returned! You said you’d leave me alone!”
The Fawn stared at her. “You know why Aegle. You don’t want to hurt the ones you love again, do you?” The fawn smirked.
Then Aegle looked and coming from the fog were many fawns dark as the first.
She screamed, “ Leave me alone!”
"Aegle... Aaaaeglee... Aeeegleeeee......" the fawns cried.
The fawns cries became whispers, then silence.
And in an instance the fog disappeared to pitch black.

Aegle heard a soothing voice "Aegle?"
She knew this voice; it was the comforting voice of Shyla.
Aegle lifted her heavy eyes to see Shyla’s beautiful face.
"My you took quite a fall little one!” She helped Aegle to her feet.
Shyla looked at Aegle’s fearful face.
"You ok, Aegle?”
Aegle shook her face. “I-I thinks so…”
"You look traumatized… you sure?”
Aegle studied her body, looking for any cuts. Then looked up “ Y-Yes I just suppose... i-it's just from the f-fall”
Shyla chuckled.“Alright good.” A reassuring smile came upon her face.“You don’t hurt right?”
Aegle replied, “ No, actually I feel quite alright!” She grinned at Shyla and then began to bounce around. Shyla looked a bit surprised but joined her.

“ I-I…T-They said they wouldn’t return… S-She doesn’t need to know…it’s my past… I don’t want to lose her too.”

Aegle is slowly recalling her dark past. Maybe this will explain why she is so timid and fearful. Actually the game inspired me because today Aegle got disconnected from the server. When Aegle cried out all the sudden like 100’s of cries echoed her. And her picto was like EVERYWHERE.
Excuse my writing. I know I’m not good! ^^;
