I thought I'd start one of these, because people who know me (and a good few unfortunate souls on iScribble and other chatrooms C< ) might know that music is very important to me, can move me like nothing else, and I'd probably die without it. So I thought I'd post a track that's currently influential to me, and explain. C:

I liked this song a lot before, but then I had a dream about it.

Picture the scene. There is a band on-stage, the audience is in shadow, you can't see them. The stage is dark and dusty, with spotlights cutting through the darkness with smoky motes floating in them. The style of the dream is a realistic kind of manga, definitely drawn. But well drawn.

And the band are the anthro forms of some of my deer.

The singer is Troll. Tall, blond, black eyes, light green skin, t-shirt and baggy jeans. He stands in front of a microphone on a stand with an ordinary (not eye-catching) electric guitar. When he sings, he is very emotional with the mike, and tosses his head sometimes to flick the blond fringe out of his eyes. He only uses the electric guitar to pluck at a few strings occasionally, which you can hear in the song.

Iranu and Uvavu stand together behind him, each with an acoustic guitar. They are the backing-singers and share a microphone, which they lean in to to sing. When it gets to the acoustic guitar solo parts, they take it in turns to try and out-do each other with the repeating line.

The violins are played be Liëka and . They are sat on stools to the side wearing long orchestra dresses, Liëka's is black shot with purple, and 's is midnight blue shot with black. They each wear a rose in their identical hair. When the violins get to the point (about half-way though) where they really soar, Liëka sheds a silent tear.

On the drums is FIU, with her hair tied up and strong arms drumming easily. I didn't see much of her, dunno what she was wearing, the drum kit was in the way.

And that's why this song means a lot to me. It's a beautiful song, I had this dream about it, and it brings happy Forest... memories.
