......: I awoke to the sound of rain pounding aginst the ground, bits of it sinking into the soft soil. I cringed, opening my eyes for a few moments only to have them close again as a bloated raindrop singed my eye. With a sigh, I outstretched a soaked leg, struggling to get my balance in the slippery mush which was the ground. Finally, after a few tries, I managed to rise to my hooves, finally opening my eyes with reluctance to the rainy landscape. It was a misty morning, the rain clouding my vision as it rebounded when it didn't sink into the dirt. Fearfully, I looked to my coat, only to find it nearly brown with the amount of dirt that had stuck to it. I yawned, walking towards to the pond as not to trip in the soft earth. Hadn't I told myself to sleep in more practical places? Because, as of late, sleeping in the open air didn't do much for practicality.



......:With a quick dip in the pond and a few falls while doing so later, I shook off the cool water as I stepped back into the storm. The air even smelled wet and humid, but at this point, I didn't really care for staying dry at any time soon. After all, I wasn't motivated to gallop through the forest with a pounding heart drumming in my chest and a slippery wet ground ready to trip me in the process. Staring away from the pond, towards the sloping landscape, I decided within myself to do some wandering. "Oh sweety....look at you all soaked from the rain. Poor dear, why don't you come see your mother so I can get you cleaned up...." A voice cooed inside my mind, doing nothing for my already irritated nerves.

I was taking a couple of screenies in forest today, so I thought I'd edit em' out and put them here.
If one of these is of your deer, feel free to use it for bios/updats, etc. Just give me credit!

I just started this game, and so far its great! But it might need some things. Here are a few ideas i had in mind:
1. You can change your own color
2. add a chat
3. Add like an inventory where you can pick your skins, masks, and horns that someone gave you (through magic) in case you dont like the current one you have on
4. Adding more things to eat like grass and berries
5. Adding a option where you can change your human face to a deer face

I hope you will consider these ideas. I will be starting a journal of the game soon. OH and heres one more thing:
6. Add a friends list.
Im not sure if someone has already used these ideas, but if you are then im not trying to be a copy cat. Happy deer with human facings! XD

I should not have awoken. Not after I was forced into darkness. ...or was this the Afterlife that was always spoken of? If so, it hardly seemed befitting of either Heaven or Hell. To make my first observation, it was raining.
This may seem a moot fact to point out, but it seemed important to myself at the time. But getting back to things...
I did not feel like myself. I was unsteady as I tried clambering to my feet, only to discover I could not stay upright. I would simply wobble and topple back to all fours. It oddly seemed right, though I was not sure why at the time. Until I looked down.
Hooves. Hooves attached to legs not my own. And there were four of them.
Needless to say, I was quite speechless.
How could this be? Had the powers that be, if they so exist, decided this had been a fate befitting of my death?
..yes, that was right. I had died. But not of my will. It was by my own fault though. All because I saw. I saw how our country was going downhill. All because of that blasted wretch. That wretch who dared to call himself our king. He did not deserve to be born into such high life. Not when he used his power to sully the land and further drive our people into poverty. I saw what had become of the land, so I felt a stop had to be put on that wretch.
It did not matter that that wretch was my own uncle.
I knew ending his reign would result in my own death, but no matter. I did not care of my own fate then. My cousin would be a better leader.

Well, thats for the fun of my stag *pokes connection*

oh, wow! totay was so fun! i got my pelt changed by a zombie deer, and i turned another fawn into a bird! i also found out how to change the pelts, antlers, and masks of others! (i changed the pelt of a zombie deer into a white pelt splotched with black; i hope he's not mad at me!) for a while, sombody nice loaned me a blackbird mask for a while. but, like evrything that was changed about me, it soon vanished. oh, how i yearn to be an adult! then i can keep the masks and pelts and antlers i'm given!
