Witcher and I decided to come into the Forest after getting into an argument with someone on Impressive Title. We eventually found a group of deer in the birch forest who were hanging out.

I was surprised to find a fawn with a similar pictogram to mine:



I then saw Witcher and several other deer start to walk off in one direction. My fawn friend and I followed and then participated in a lovely stroll around the Forest. I didn't take a whole lot of screenshots, but enough from various points to show what we did.






We finally ended up at the Playground, where everyone bowed, nodded their heads, and began to dance.



I'm glad I got to participate in this. I do not know the purpose of this activity, and whether it was for fun or it was a solemn walk (which I apologize for Quad skipping and walking backwards at time if that was the case), but it helped me clear my mind from what had happened earlier on the other game, and I reflected on myself and what I wanted to do with my life while we walked.

Then this one. A mystery deer, who was in the Forest last Thursday. (14 of May)

He just stood there, doing nothing for hours by the Oak. But if I went furher away from him, he kept calling me.

The picto didn't fade out like it does when normally bellowing, so this was a bit creepy. When I got back I could see him stop bellowing and then he just stood there idling again.

And it wasn't just me, others found their way to him. Not just fawns either. Peculiar

The forest is empty. It has been since you left. I'm lost. I am a lost soul and you are my resting place. Everything you said was right. I'm sorry Shyla I know I was never perfect, but you were like a mother to me. And I consider you my mother. You taught me all I know. You made me who I am. At least the good parts of me. Okay, so my friend ttly just invited me to go to Busch Gardens this Friday. xD Holy carp.
If my mom's can get off work, I'm definitely going to go. C:

“C-Clock! I thought... I thought you weren't okay...” Danielle rubbed her face against his neck.

“No I'm fine...” He looked down, avoiding her eyes.

She pulled away. “No you're not. Come on, tell me what's wrong...”

Clock shook his head, “I'd only frighten you...”

“That doesn't matter! Just... tell me...”

Clock paused for a long time, all the while the fog rolling closer and closer. The brown stag took in a breath, “I don't have long...”

Danielle looked up at him, her chocolate brown eyes widening, her breath becoming unsteady. “Y-you mean...”

Clock only nodded.

Danielle backed away slightly. “Are you s-sure?” Her heart started to race.

He nodded again. Danielle began to breathe hard, almost hyperventilating. She didn't want to see him again, not so soon. He told her himself he wouldn't be back for a long time. How long ago was that?

“Danielle...” He came to her and embraced her. “Please be strong... Please, don't let him win...”

The butterfly doe felt tears well up in her eyes.

“Stop him... He'll destroy us all...”

Before Danielle could respond, Clock ran, as fast as he could, away from her. Danielle didn't understand. It was up to her? She was the one to stop him? That insane murderer... What the hell could she do?

Only Clock knew... And he didn't tell her. She had to figure it out on her own.

Though deeply distressed and afraid, exhaustion overtook the butterfly doe. She found herself in a peaceful haven of her dreams. A place where she could find temporary comfort. But she saw someone in front of her. Someone who wasn't too familiar.

“Do you know?”

“Know what?” She asked.

“What you can do.”
“No, I don't...”

“It is quite a puzzle.”

“Who are you? You seem so familiar...”

“You may have seen me once in a while...”

“I don't think I've heard your voice though.”

“I am not surprised.”

I started playing TEF last Tuesday, so today I've been registered for ten days. In those ten days I've taken 800 screenshots.

I witnessed my first Dusk yesterday and the day before. It was nice, though I prefer Day. I wonder what kind of scenery is Night. Dusk was a bit too autumn for me. Still, great variation in weather.

Even though I've been playing for over a week, I still see more pelts and different masks. I didn't change the settings so that the detail level was pretty low for a long time, and now that I have it in the high level I see every now and then new things. Which is nice, I'll keep on playing even longer due to that.

I visit the Forest daily because I've just started and I'm looking forward to my deer growing up to be a stag. But after he grows up I don't know how long I'll keep visiting in the Forest. I'll get somekind of nice pelt-antler-mask-combo and prance around for a while. But then what? I don't like the idea of getting every 90 days a new deer. How can I keep myself interested in TEF?

I tried to get my friend to join TEF, but she didn't seem that interested. She said that this looks nice, tried it even but she has other things to do. (As would I but TEF ftw!) I've "adopted" one deer to be my father, though I has no idea who it be, but he isn't there that often. Roaming alone in the Forest gets boring quickly, and even though there are plenty of deers who seem nice and all, they soon go to sleep or wander off. The best time killing activity I've come across with is stalking the adults. (Sorry!) That and taking screenshots of them.

It may be that I spend too much time in the Forest. If I spend only one hour with TEF daily... Or two.

I've been having a terrible week, and it involved a lot of tears.
