Hi. I just joined yesterday and I'm seeing lots of deer with different colored pelts and stuff. I saw on Yahoo! Answers that fawns can't change the color of their pelt/mask/ect. Is that true?

Ok, so I'm working on a series. It's a bit like Guardians of Ga'hoole (the books inspired me to write the book), but also extremely different. It's about wolves. There is one wolf, Carcal Dechingal, who decided to create an army to take over the world, with literally millions of wolves. They wanted to take over the wolves first, as that would be step to controlling the world. They called themselves the Farchel. Another army was created, the Gympotok warriors, who would protect the wolves. This started a war that lasted for years, decades, centuries. When Carcal Dechingal died, they decided that they would have a new leader, and call it the Carcal Dechingal. And each Carcal Dechingal would get replaced when they die.
The Gymptok didn't really have a leader, but they did have a wolf who would guide them to the right path. Though they didn't really call them "leaders". One day the Farchel and the Gympotok had a really big battle, and they both suffered great losses. Any wolf that survived died from his or her wounds later.

It was sad that the Gympotok has died, but the Farchel where wiped out too. The wolves would not have to worry about the Farchel anymore.

Now it's the present. A pack thrives, and in it's newest litter, there is indeed a runt. He name is Bramble. He has very dark brown fur. Everyone pup except Silver taunts and mocks him. Bramble feels bad everyday. Silver feels sorry for Bramble, but he ignores her and goes on with his miserable life. The pups' mother tells them stories about the Gympotok and the Farchel.

One day the pack is attacked by another pack. Everyone in the pack dies- except Silver and a few of her other siblings. They go on a journey and discover something- the Gympotok were alive!
