Ayala--thoughtful
I am resting by the pond and yet I find no peace. The colors around me in the air cast scents that tremble into my heart and speak of a very deep longing that remains constant like a burr in my coat. Where is my father? Here I am grown and meek in the white for all to see my intense need as I travel in search of him. Father? Do you hear me? Come find me so that I may have your blessing.
Music possesses me this afternoon and escapes full throated.

Your face through the willows lends peace.

Soothe our transformed people. Flow with full wisdom.
Earth sister, be solid still in all my journeys.
Your firm taste through my mouth and feet.
Guide the restless home. Feed the soul with rich grasses.
